I walked around more than 10 fitness centers when I stopped there. For me, it is frankly important not so much the availability of simulators for all kinds of muscle groups from the legs to the eyebrows, as the atmosphere of the club itself, cleanliness, availability of air / space and an adequate price. The atmosphere is naturally created by people, they are cool here. The coaches are all passionate about their work: the girls are beautiful, the guys are healthy and adequate, everyone is smiling, greeting, joking. The clients are appropriate: zero pathos, all open and friendly. The hall is divided into 2: in the first there is a large fighting area without a ring but with a sufficient number of bags and manicures, in the second there are simulators. Yes, there are no fashionable and new ones, but they are worn, but everything works and everyone has enough! A fitness bar is also available. In general, I am satisfied, I have been walking for 2 months and I will continue)

The best gym in the area. Very spacious (2 large halls), clean, the gym equipment is fresh and there are many different ones.
There are few people at lunchtime and on weekends, there is enough space for everyone in the locker room and in the gym. There are 2 women's and 2 men's locker rooms. It is very convenient that you can visit on a one-time basis.
The only drawback: pancakes are numbered in pounds, it would be cool to duplicate the weight in kilograms.

It took me a long time to choose a gym in the Nemiga area.
Of all, this is the most spacious and there are a lot of exercise machines.
2 large separate halls.
There is always enough space for everyone.

I have nothing to compare it with, because this is my first gym.
I can note the good location)
the hall is spacious, there are not very many people, during the day there is generally freedom)
prices are affordable.
The simulators are good, they don't look ancient, and there are enough sports equipment.
the advantage is that there is a massage room)
2 women's locker rooms and 2 men's.
there are disposable towels and drinking water everywhere. (but there are no disposable cups, so you need to take your own water bottle)
I am happy with the hall:)

The website says that you can try the first lesson for free...I decided to come in and found out that it was necessary to pre-register, and a lesson with a coach.After I said that I did not need a coach, they offered to pay for a one-time, i.e. my first lesson turned out to be paid...While I found how to enter the gym, I cut circles around the sports palace for 15 minutes :)
The door is closed, you need to call and wait a little to open it - that's another quest.
Result:the hall is normal, there is everything you need, but the impressions were not very good, my inner Jew and freeloader is upset, purely subjectively, I will not go anymore)

A great gym in the heart of the city. Very good exercise equipment, comfortable locker rooms, plenty of space, a large selection of season tickets. And the best part is the low prices. Even on the outskirts of the city it is usually more expensive, I am already silent about the hyped halls. True, parking in front of the Sports Palace is paid, but it's still a penny. And you will still save a lot more on the gym itself. If you arrive by public transport, then Nemiga metro station is a 5-minute walk away. And opposite is the Galleria shopping center, where there is a food court and there you can eat back all the calories dropped in the hall. :)

Good prices, excellent trainers. I've never seen it crowded here – there's always a lot of space, but not a lot of people. The location of the hall is convenient, the equipment is of high quality. The number of simulators is much less than usual. There are no exercise machines for the press, and there is almost nothing for the legs either. The locker rooms are good. I haven't tried the shower.
The main advantage: spacious.
The main disadvantage: there are few simulators, especially it's a shame for the legs

A good club, parking, warm shower, free water, new exercise equipment, season tickets for every taste and situation. In the morning, especially on weekends, there are very few people, which is good, because we do not interfere with each other!!! There are enough simulators for any muscle group except the legs, for those who swing their legs not with a barbell, but with different simulators. They promised to replenish the range of simulators soon, then it will be great. I recommend it!!! Good staff!!! It is not usual for me to see weight in another unit of measurement in simulators and on pancakes, and of course there were not enough simulators for my legs.

The staff is friendly, but there is a caveat. They came with a friend, but they tell us to pay only by card. It was good that a friend had a card, but it was not there, you can only pay for yourself. An unpleasant incident happened to me in this hall. I held my headphones on while charging. The coach found them and took them to the reception. A couple of days later, I took the headphones and found out that they had been used (by a certain Julia, an employee of the hall) and besides, they were broken! Headphones are not cheap!!! Among other things, the masseur also had the audacity to raise her voice and prove to me that they were not responsible at all! I just can't figure out how to use a guest's things and even break them! Why do the hall staff not have basic concepts about the rules of behavior with guests, do not know their duties and regulatory documents governing their activities!
Among other things, there are very large claims to the sanitary and hygienic condition of both the hall itself and the nurses of the seats and locker rooms.
I won't go to this gym anymore and I don't recommend it to anyone!

It is not entirely clear where so many comments about the "atmosphere" in the hall come from. I will list the problems of the hall.
1. In summer, the unbearable stuffiness both in the halls and in the locker rooms, it feels like there is simply no supply ventilation.
2. Changing rooms.. Those that are further from the reception still went nowhere, but the neighbors are hell, both male and female. There is no place, things can only be stuffed into the locker. And of course 90% + humidity, you come out like from a bathhouse.
3. The atmosphere in the hall. I will not complain about the music, because I have not heard normal driving charging music anywhere for a long time (here, at best, something like trance). For some reason, it is customary to talk a lot in the hall and shout over not quiet music. And not to talk about business. Trainers talk especially a lot, it's good if the clientele does not lie or just sit on benches / simulators, but more often than not that's how it is. But apparently many people come to the halls to talk, not to work - that's why the atmosphere is like fire. It is still unclear why funny videos are turned on on the TVs in the hall - probably to distract even more.
4. Exercise equipment. Yes, in general, the simulators are not bad - they are tough. However, some do not have the necessary adjustments, and sometimes none at all. If you are short, you are unlikely to be able to work properly, for example, with a gym for a glute bridge, leg press. There are a lot of unnecessary simulators, and with the free weight that beginners need (and most of them are in the gym), you will be able to work only in one power frame and on two bench presses. Since the American equipment in the hall is all pancakes in pounds, and why they should not be labeled in metric kilograms familiar to the whole world is unclear. Well, at least the dumbbell row and block simulators have double markings. There is no culture on the location of pancakes on racks and simulators, partly perhaps because there are no signatures on the racks - everything hangs haphazardly.
5. There are questions about additional equipment like ropes for block simulators - it is often in frankly poor condition.
As a result, I put 1 star only because the equipment itself is not bad and another one for the normal area in the gym (which can not be said about the cardio zone).

The girl Anya said to run on the track for 10 minutes, she ran away to study with another person. 10 minutes pass, I approach her - she is engaged with another person, another 5 minutes pass - she is still engaged with another person. These are the personal coaching sessions with the coaches on duty in this hall. I was told at the reception that this is the norm
