There are no complaints about the service at all: everything from booking to service and communication with the waiters is excellent.

Then she went up to the second floor and also kept looking at our table and smiling. I came to the restaurant with my husband. Have a good evening and not watch the reception staff trying to flirt with my husband. There was no desire to come to this restaurant anymore. When they left, this girl was already standing downstairs at the reception and giggling the same thing. Please select staff who are interested in work, and not how to show their teeth to other men. Начнем с плюсов.
Атмосфера 9/10
Интерьер 9/10
Музыка 10/10 для любителей современной музыки в особенности (техно)
Кухня на высшем уровне. Одно из самых лучших заведений в плане приготовления говядины.

Утка тут вкратце, просто 10/10
Уровень бара такой же как и у кухни коктейли не только красивые, но и приятные на вкус.
Обслуживание однако на данный момент, на личном опыте могу заявить самое лучшее в городе.
И минусы, минусы однозначно только один, на который администрация к сожалению не может повлиять(а может и может)
Посетители. В особенности отдельные компании тупblх пез…девушек в компании таких же девушек или крайне молодых людей. Которые исключительно даже своим присутствием и внешним видом уже раздражают периферийное зрение. И ладно если одеты подобающе. Кроссовки и джинсы у спутников этих особей. Или байка с капюшоном. Мм. Настраиваешься на ресторан, а видишь контингент паба.
Постоянные фотосессии по 10-15 минут.
Однозначно расстраивает такая картина.
Заведения однозначно рекомендую для любителей кухни и бара. Но для особо раздражительных людей, описал , что вы можете увидеть при посещении)

The food was not all delicious, the pizza with chanterelles had a taste. Drinks and cocktails are normal.

In my subjective opinion, one of the best restaurants in the city. Always stunningly delicious food (duck with mango, crab cutlets, salads, meat) is just a cannon! The staff and service are always on top, a pleasant relaxing atmosphere and a central location.

Очень атмосферное место!!! Классный дизайн интерьера, столы на разные компании. Мне понравилось. Один большой зал разделенный на 2 части плюс длинная бурная стойка, где можно посидеть, выпить, пообщаться. Начнём с цен: они тут выше среднего, в среднем за блюдо 30 р.. брак телячьи щётки, оч вкусные 😋, фреш апельсиновый вкуснотень ( 10р за 250мл)
Пиццы недорогие и вкусные. Коктейли очень красивые на вид)
Хочу выразить благодарность официантам, обслуживание на высшем уровне! Все понравилось.
Ну теперь минусы на мой взгляд:
- оч громкая музыка, поэтому наедине с девушкой не пообщаться.
- посетители( оч много пафосных вульгарных девушек +25-35)
Вернулся бы сюда чисто из-за обслуживания и весной еды.

Отличное заведение. Стильно оформлено. Великолепная еда, качественный звук. Кальян хорош.
В данном заведении у нас проходило корпоративное мероприятие.
Сидеть на террасе, смотреть на улицу , есть красную рыбу и мясо , покуривая кальян- что может быть лучше )
Самый огромный плюс- официанты все славяне!

раньше было вкусно, быстро, красиво, уютно. Теперь только красиво и уютно. Хожу несколько лет в заведение. Была 18 марта 2023 я очень разочарована. Обслуживание стало плохое, долго. Несколько раз напоминаю о свои пожеланиях. Воду наливала сама себе в стакан. Раньше официанты были тактичнее и внимательны. Официанты не могут описать блюдо, не знают какое оно, в итоге взяла десерт а оказалось то он как раз такой как я не люблю, о чем было напрямую завявлено официанту. Кухня не вкусная и очень экономят. Гребешки раньше целиком клали теперь на две части разрезают. Я просто огорчена что когда мое любимое место стало таким. Теперь надо искать другое.

2) they accepted the food order, after a while they come and say that there is no pesto for risotto, they offer either to order a dish without pesto, or another, they left this dish without sauce
3) after some time they come and say that there is no side dish to the dish (the side dish is already included in the dish), the waiter offers to make another side dish in return, we agree to an alternative option
4) the waiting time for food was 1h-1:10h
5) the risotto was brought completely wrong, I had to point out this mistake to the waiter for replacement
6) the side dish was brought separately with a difference of 5 minutes, although this is a complete dish
7) the side dish, which did not turn out to be a sweet potato gratin, eventually brought sweet potato fries (taking into account the cooking time of about an hour, I wonder why it did not work out to make a gratin from the same sweet potato)
8) at the end of the evening, another unpleasant incident awaited - the receipt indicated both a dish with an unsold side dish and sweet potato fries, that is, they tried to sell a half-finished dish and hang an "alternative" side dish on top
In general, an institution with such an attitude and service is not worth due attention, there are advantages, but I no longer want to return to it
