We booked a table for March 8, February 14! They asked for a table by the window and promised it to us. In fact, they were put on the 2nd line from the window, although 2 tables were free all the time next to the window. They say that the policy is to plant where I want, and not where the guests want. I do not share the enthusiastic reviews. The staff really needs to improve the service for an institution of this level. The waiters don't do their job very well, they take a long time to come up, they respond dryly. Yes, of course, you can reset everything to workload, but this is the problem of the institution, not the guest.
I really didn't like the lighting in the hall, not all the tables have lights. Maybe the landing was originally planned to be smaller, and then it was increased.
Only the woman at the wardrobe left a pleasant impression.

A great restaurant. I was in a company of 3 people. We booked it. A place on the sofa + 1 chair. Although the sofa is designed for 3 people, it will not be very convenient to eat, so a chair was used.
Pleasant music, fast food, good staff.
The only thing that hurts is the prices, but if you compare the taste / quality, it's worth it.
9/10. I'll come back.

Good afternoon, I called in May 2022 to find out about the wedding in September (how much the event will cost, the approximate amount, how many guests can be accommodated, that is, standard questions). The receptionist spoke to me very politely on the phone. The tone was like, fuck off, you're not going to celebrate with us anyway. As a result, I definitely didn't have any information on the phone, they told me to come and find out everything. Before that, I called about 100 establishments and no one gave me such comments. Conclusions have been drawn. After a rude conversation on the phone with me, a representative (female) of this institution, I do not consider their restaurant as a place to celebrate a wedding, and naturally I will avoid this place and not advise others.
