A cozy salon and helpful staff
Marina's cosmetologist is super, she does the procedures very professionally and competently, she always tells everything in detail.
I had quite a large number of gums +acne. After 2 facial cleanses and several peels (+home care and following the recommendations of a cosmetologist), I have overcome these problems. Now I go here with pleasure to maintain my skin condition.

I attended a trial procedure of lpg massage.
Now we all value our time very much, it is the most expensive resource. That's why there is a record. I arrived 10 minutes earlier than the scheduled time, there was no one in the reception area, after a while a girl came out, I won't call her friendly, but we'll put it down to fatigue.
I was invited behind the curtain 10 minutes later than the time indicated during the recording. We will omit apologies for such an overlay, apparently this is in the order of things.
During the massage, the master was often distracted by the phone, and immediately after the end she began to call someone. I don't want to be a listener to other people's conversations.
The massage itself may have been good, I can't evaluate it objectively because of the pain, it hurt me a lot, but it has nothing to do with the studio.
And yes, a roll of disposable sheets costs about 60 rubles, does it seem too expensive to you, and therefore the client lies down on the oilcloth, and the pillow for the head is covered with a paper napkin?:) funny
But after the massage, a nice girl at the reception asked about my feelings, it was nice.

I took a course of LPG massage (10 sessions ) in the Face Lab salon! Just a wonderful receptionist girl , all the masters are good , but I want to express my gratitude to Maria separately ! A master of his craft ! An attentive and kind girl ! There are more such employees for you! The skin has tightened after this course, the excess volumes are gone, I will definitely come back!
Only positive emotions from the visit! And the prices are nice 🤗

I did facial cleansing plus peeling in the salon. I was satisfied, after a couple of hours the redness passed and the face looks much cleaner! People! You have been collecting clogged pores, rashes, etc. on your face for years, and you want to have perfect skin with one procedure..It doesn't happen like that! I took a course of peels and changed the massmarket care to a professional one. And oh, a miracle)).. The result is a bomb! I almost forgot about the rashes, I'm happy with the result. As for communication with clients.. I have not seen such responsiveness from a cosmetologist and an administrator for a long time) Everyone smiles, helps) In general, the salon and service are excellent, five stars!))

Excellent cosmetology and wonderful staff!)I have not met such a cool service yet, I have been to many places, but here the procedure brought great pleasure.)I did facial cleansing + carboxytherapy, not only did they do it qualitatively, sterically, but also you get to various additional promotions, it's really cool).Communication and care at a height, constantly in touch, always recommend the necessary means,I really saw the effect after the first procedure.And even more striking was how the studio is constantly filled with clients, I haven't seen such a stream for a long time)I sat and really watched them escort each client separately, I'm not talking about the regular ones...In general, now I understand why there are so many people there, now I am a regular customer of yours)Thank you so much facelab_studio!)

Everything is at the highest level. A polite girl at the reception immediately offered tea, coffee, water, showed where to go. The work of the master was very pleased, of course, a person who makes permanent makeup for the first time has a fear that something will go wrong, color, asymmetry... But a master, a professional in his field. I was very pleased. I recommend only going to places where they will do 100% what you want. Good luck and prosperity to your salon!

To say that I am shocked by this purge is to say nothing. I went to it on July 7th. They tore my whole face open. It's a pity that I didn't believe the review that warned about this. What was torn apart took place for five days. But even then I saw that in some places they didn't squeeze out everything they needed until the end, and it would just get inflamed in the end. That's exactly what's happening now. 10 days have passed, which is enough time for the skin to return to good condition. It was like that with her when I went to another salon. Now my skin looks much worse than before cleansing. Everything that was not crushed is now inflamed, I walk with swollen, reddening bumps on my skin. Looking at myself in the mirror, I just want to cry.
Communication with clients is appropriate. When I started writing to them that my face was torn and it shouldn't be like this, they began to answer me down that they didn't know what I was using there and in general it was my own fault. At the same time, I was also given an additional peeling for 40p, which was supposed to make sure that my skin was in good condition the next day.
By the way, the cosmetologist took the phone in her hands during the procedure, and then continued to press my face with the same untreated hands. I, a person without a medical education, know perfectly well how unhygienic this is, and it is strange that a person who allegedly has a medical education does not know this. During the procedure, I was too shy to say anything about it - now, again, I am very sorry.
I strongly advise you not to go to this salon. Your skin will be ruined there. I personally do not know now how to treat what was done to my face. You'll have to go to a normal cosmetologist and pay a lot more money to fix this horror somehow.
I don't understand why people feel this way about their work. Of course, I will never go there again.

I did a facial cleansing in this salon. I am not happy with the cosmetologist's work and the end result at all. The face was badly cleaned, 2 weeks have passed, and everything remains as it was before the cleaning, as if she had not done anything. By the way, it was not the first time I did the cleaning, so there is something to compare it with. Moreover, there is also peeling, and the result is 0 for such money. Don't set foot in this salon anymore.
