The hotel is wonderful! The location is very good: the city center, near the Museum of the Future, our Windows overlooked the Dubai Frame, to Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall 10 minutes by taxi. Daily cleaning, breakfast for every taste, varied. The staff is the most polite I've ever met. There were problems with the tour operator at the check-out, all the staff tried to help and helped! A place where you want to return!

I visited this hotel in September 2023. I liked everything. Spacious lobby, beautiful view from the window! 2 swimming pools with views of different sides of the city! Clean and spacious rooms - I recommend it!

Excellent business hotel.
It is located next to the exhibition complex, which is very convenient. The airport is 20-25 minutes away by taxi.
Varied and delicious breakfasts.
There are a large number of restaurants and cafes within walking distance.
Of the disadvantages: when staying on high floors, you have to wait a long time for an elevator.

The hotel is simply amazing! Luxury service, pool on the 9th floor, friendly staff and a very beautiful lobby! But the price may seem quite high for some! Upon arrival the next day, we received fruit and a letter from the hotel manager in RUSSIAN! I recommend everyone to visit this hotel at least once!

I liked everything. Excellent room, excellent cleaning, change of linen on request. Breakfast tastes and colors))) different. Always the concierge's help in booking restaurants))). The only thing that can be improved is to add a shuttle service to the beach))). Thank you))).

An air conditioner that freezes terribly, and it's impossible to turn it off completely. We froze and caught a cold in two nights, even though we slept under 2 blankets and in sweaters. The elevators are not working. Out of 4, 1 worked on the descent, each time they waited 10 + minutes. A rather meager breakfast, a semi-dark room, a lack of tea spoons (I had to ask every time)

A beautiful panorama opens from the frame! A fascinating elevator ride with a transparent wall.
Entrance to the park is paid, but if you go to the frame after the tour, you can go for free. Make beautiful frames on the background of the frame.
