It's a great place. A great courtyard with everything for relaxation: a boat for free, sun beds, barbecue, gazebos, a beautiful modern shared kitchen (although each room also has it along with all amenities), a Playground. Everything is very well thought out for vacationers. And a helpful host. The store is very close, the Castle Mountain is nearby. You can walk to the beach in 25 minutes. But there are others. We also went to villages on the other lakes.
We recommend this place.

The room was rented for a family of 4 people on the 1st floor. The photos of the room and the territory fully correspond to the description and photos from the site, everything can be used for free, with the exception of the bathhouse, which is also a big plus. But wherever you look, you see mismanagement: the front door and the toilet door are sagging, the handle on the toilet door barely holds, the shower holder is broken, the toilet flushes badly, the toilet lid is smaller than the size of the toilet itself, the casing is rotten. There is a kitchen, but everything is tired: a pan with chipped enamel, a gnarled frying pan. the burners heat up slowly. The kettle is dirty and covered in brown scale. And water is a separate story. The water is so smelly due to exceeding the iron norm by 15 times (information from the Internet) that it is even scary to brush your teeth in it, not to drink tea or cook - they bought water in the store. In the summer kitchen, everything must be washed first before use, and then used (however, as in the room). There is dirt all around, everything is sticky. There are cobwebs on the playground, and excrement in the sandbox. Life jackets are old, dirty, not all of them snap. The markings have faded in the parking lot, so anyone can park as they please. Everything seems to be there, but it is inconvenient and unpleasant to use it. This is a good option for Braslav, but we won't go back there anymore.

What are the disadvantages!? Everything is very cool, the territory, the location, clean and tidy in the rooms and on the territory! This is a great place to visit in Braslav. It has everything you need and a very pleasant atmosphere for relaxation and enjoyment. I was very happy to walk around the city on a bike that they borrowed for free. I recommend it!

We had a rest in November. Cozy and comfortable rooms, with all amenities. A well-groomed territory on which there is a gazebo, barbecues, a covered veranda with a kitchen, where a large company can comfortably accommodate. For the little ones there is a playground. There is parking for cars. The territory has direct access to the lake. A pier with boats. Boating, catamarans. For those who wish - fishing. In two words - a lot of fun. The soul of the complex is the friendly and hospitable manager Arthur, who promptly solves all your questions. Unanimous assessment - excellent. We plan to return. We wish you good luck.

We had a rest in August 2023, met a very friendly administrator Arthur, conducted an excursion, there is a gazebo with a stove on the territory, free firewood, an axe, a grill, skewers, there is also an enclosed gazebo with a separate kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, three separate tables, karaoke. The rooms have their own refrigerator, stove, dishes. The hotel has access to the pier on the lake, offers a free boat and catamaran. You can take 2 bicycles. You can park your car on site. I would also like to note that your vacation depends on the neighbors, a lot of people may come and occupy all the gazebos, shout karaoke until nightfall, but here you are lucky. And so I really liked everything, I recommend this falvarak.

This is not the first time we have visited this place and we will come again! The polite administrator Arthur will always meet you, tell you everything and show you! There is everything for cooking kebabs and any other food! The apartments are comfortable, clean and tidy. A quiet and secluded place, if you're lucky with your neighbors :) Yes, please think about other people before you want to shout karaoke at 12 o'clock in the morning, maybe one of your neighbors will go on the road in the morning...

Reasonable prices, the room was clean and cozy with all the necessary little things like a towel, soap, shampoo, detergent for dishes, dishes, hair dryer. It seems to be a trifle, but the dishes were very cleanly washed, many catering establishments can envy. The territory is wonderful, well-groomed, a large barbecue, a cozy gazebo, a swing. A nice hotel on a private coastal area, clean rooms, has its own kitchen and dishes. It's good that you have the opportunity to cook breakfast yourself for those who get up early, since cafes usually open no earlier than 10 a.m. The price according to the description includes a free rental of a boat or catamaran, but we are out of season. The prices are reasonable, good price/quality ratio.

A wonderful hotel. Everything is very beautiful, well maintained and conscientious. The rooms are neat, the furniture is in good condition, nothing creaks or is broken. The room has a kitchen and a toilet. The kitchen has everything you need, a fridge, a kettle, a stove. There is a huge gazebo with tables and a kitchen on the territory. And there is a smaller gazebo. There is an additional barbecue separately. There is a trampoline and a playground with a sandbox for children. There is also a wood-burning sauna on site. A broom is provided.
The complex has a pier for access to the lake. Ducks and swans are swimming. Ducks are very brave and come out on the lawn periodically. Bicycles, a catamaran and a boat are provided free of charge on site. I was very glad to visit such a wonderful place, success and prosperity to the owners!

I won't say anything about the hotel, we haven't been, we don't know. We visited two cottages with a difference of seven years, there were only positive emotions, both from the service and from the quality of comfort of the cottages themselves. The one on the shore of Lake. The advantages turned out to be also very bombastic in the area - its own pier, a boat. A vacation for those who want to retire from someone else's "supervision" and from the city. There is a church nearby.
