We celebrated our birthday with our family in the cafe "Surname" and were sooo satisfied!
Firstly... Delicious! The dishes are cooked with high quality, only in moderation. The portions are enough to enjoy the taste. The drinks are interesting and varied for every taste.
Secondly... friendly and attentive staff! Upon prior reservation, the table was decorated for our arrival. Also, all our wishes were taken into account during the evening.
Thirdly... pleasant atmosphere of the hall and good music. It is not loud and unobtrusive, it disposes to a quiet rest.
We liked everything!
Thank you cafe "Surname" for a wonderful evening)

An incredibly cozy place! Every dish is insanely delicious. Such a harmony of tastes that then you go home smiling. Good afternoon, everyone! Didn't like the service at all! My birthday was celebrated yesterday. When decorating, it was highly recommended to organize a table indoors, as it is even hotter outside. There was nothing to breathe and my guests ran outside every 10 minutes. No one has even installed a winteler. It was not the hottest day and therefore the administrator knew exactly where it would be comfortable, but apparently decided not to help us) they oblige us to buy alcohol at the bar, you can't even juice, but at the same time all expensive bottles of strong are poured into decanters. What for? They've never done this in a cafe if you buy a full bottle. There is no doubt that the alcohol that we paid for was poured there. Glasses-glasses do not bring glasses immediately. The madhouse begins. Guests come and you need to order a glass for them. And for this you need to find a waiter. Empty dishes from the salad and other things are not removed from the table and there is a feeling by the end of the evening that there are only empty bowls around. They asked for water to drink - they waited 30 minutes, they asked for bread - they waited 20 minutes. They promised that there would always be drinking water on the table - no one brought it and there was 1 carafe. Coffee without saucers.... The kitchen itself was delicious, but that's the only plus. I was ashamed in front of my guests for where I invited(

But what pleased me the most was that when we had already asked for an invoice and showed our passport to spend a discount, the administrator (?) came with my favorite dessert and congratulated me on my birthday. We celebrated our birthday on Saturday. There was a wonderful duo performing songs. The staff is polite and fast. The room is cozy, the dishes are beautiful. I recommend trying the ribs, awesome! At the end, they brought a compliment to the birthday boy - a delicate cheesecake. We will come here more than once.

У меня очень неоднозначные чувства.
Первый раз пришла с подругой в это кафе в прошлый четверг. И обслуживание и напитки, десерт превзошел ожидания. Официантка была очень любезна и при этом ненавящива. Но потом почему то официантка сменилась - не поняла почему так, ведь чаевые хотели оставить именно 1–ой. В этот день как раз был Гавайский четверг и мы выбрали из спец меню поке. Было вкусно, но рис был слипшийся, а консервированная кукуруза серой. Десерт брауни очень понравился - прям очень шоколадный и вкусный.
Не долго думая решили на той же неделе в воскресенье отметить с нашими детьми там годовщину свадьбы. В зале кроме нас было ещё пара и пару человек. Горячее ждали больше 50 минут, пока я не спросила. Всем принесли, а мне нет. Я думала может ещё готовят, но увы - про меня забыли. В коктейль не дали соломку.
Сказали ждать ещё около 15 минут. Но я уже отказалась, потому что настроение было испорчено. Отметили блин праздник. Я понимаю если бы была полная посадка и повар был в мыле, но увы… Я так и не поняла почему такое случилось.
И если в первый раз мы оставили и чаевые и были очень довольны, хоть и были нюансы, то во второй настроение не исправил даже бесплатный десерт и в качестве извинения 2 шота, которые никто пить не стал. В общем ощущение, что сходить дважды на одной неделе в одно и то же место было ошибкой.
Хочу дать ещё 3-ий шанс и уже потом буду рассказывать своим подписчикам стоит туда идти или все таки нет. Но пока ребята очень расстроили…
Итак, прошло некоторое время и я решила свой ДР отпраздновать в Фамилии, тем самым дать шанс на исправление)
Все гости остались довольны, всё было вкусно и сытно. Персонал был внимателен и ненавязчив. Все прошло прекрасно. Благодарю, что исправились, теперь точно смогу вас рекомендовать. Отдельная благодарность за торт - он был великолепен, очень нежный и вкусный.
Придем ещё и не раз!

Отличное заведение. Цены низкие, еда при этом хорошая(достаточно простая, но свежая и вкусная), давно такого не видела. Меню небольшое, но достаточно разнообразное и каждый может выбрать блюдо по душе от салата до бургера.

Приятное место на окраине, доступные цены, вкусная кухня, приветливый неразбалованный персонал. Из указанных достоинств вытекает единственное формальное замечание: небольшой выбор блюд в меню, кому-то может и не хватить. Хотя на мой взгляд возможность уйти не разочарованным есть и для большой компании, и для спокойного вечера в одиночестве.

Ооочень уютное кафе. Меню на выбор не очень большое, но готовят прям вкусно!!! Чувствуется душа и ответственность повара!!! Цена-качество блюд всех порадует. Отношение официантов тоже хочется отметить, все на высоком уровне!!!'Рекомендую посетить это заведение!

Приятная атмосфера, ассортимент в меню не большой, но всё готовится с душой и вполне можно плотно покушать. Достаточно большая винная карта. Цены вполне средние по Минску. Для тех кто живёт поблизости - очень удобное атмосферное место.

The menu is not very large, but 40 percent of the items you simply will not be cooked there. What's the point of such a menu? The birthday was ruined. Among other things, I would like to note the behavior of the staff - people came with a dog, who calmly walked around the hall, and the owners calmly held out the wine. I was struck by such a disregard for my work and the fear of making a remark.
The only thing that pleased me. The food is really delicious. However, the prices are greatly inflated, considering what I saw on my plate. Ordinary cheap products of very questionable quality. Respect to the cook that he was able to make at least a delicious dish out of them.
For the manager who answered me below, I am making specifics. On August 19, a table was reserved for 18.00. I didn't talk about my birthday, I just came to my office, just to have a nice evening. There was no carpaccio, salad with pear and blue cheese. A man and a woman came with their York around 6.30 pm, the dog was running around the hall. Look at the cameras. And next time, before making fools of your guests, compare the facts! Don't embarrass yourself. Okay, it happened to me, so don't let it happen to other guests.

Очень вежливый и приветливый персонал.
Вкусная кухня и замечательные коктейли.
Довольно милый интерьер, очень душевно оборудован уголок с летними столиками.
Проектор транслирует превосходные виды Италии под шикарную и всем известную Итальянскую музыку, меню соответствует. У меня вызвало ностальгию, по доковидным временам и путешествиям по Европе))
Место куда однозначно хочется вернуться и не один раз!

I loved the last name, now I won't go there anymore. I waited for food (appetizer and hot) for more than an hour (not full load, I reminded employees 4 times). Patience ran out after 1:20, when there was still no snack.
Employees' excuse: there is a feed timing. But then how did they bring hot food to everyone, but did not bring a snack?) which by timing should be earlier than hot)))

My family and I have been visiting this cafe consistently once a week for 2 years and would like to leave our feedback. The people working here are a real team.They try their best for the guests. Chefs and waiters work closely together, trying to quickly prepare and serve all the dishes hot and in the right sequence. Always clean dishes and cutlery.Drinking water is on the table all the time. The small menu always has all the items, it is very rare when something is over.The dishes are made from fresh selected products.Wonderful bartenders conjure cocktails.Random people rarely come to this place. Families come here, in company with friends.
