I was very impressed by this shop. I have to say that I’ve been living in Minsk for a year and out of any shop that sells any type of thing, this is the nicest shop of any type that I’ve been in.
The selection is extraordinary. The prices are reasonable and I doubt that there are many other shops in Minsk like this. If they exist, I haven’t found them.
It did take a moment for me to get help but they were pretty busy with customers.
Also, the deck I bought was instantly pulled from their inventory online as I bought it so you can be certain that if they show it on their website it will be in stock in the shop.
I highly recommend this shop for skating or snowboarding needs.
I look forward to going back with my fiancée’s son to buy trucks and wheels for the deck I picked up for him.

Pros: pleasant establishment, large selection of goods, flexible discount system, friendly staff, but not all experienced.
Cons: I got two stars for that - for two serious attempts to disrupt my vacation. First attempt: in early January, I bought two complete sets for myself and my wife. My boots and a board for my wife were not available from the selected equipment, it was promised that all the equipment would be delivered either before the end of January or in early February, so the planned trip to the mountains on March 3 was not in danger. The board arrived, and the boots are still traveling around Europe. I was very lucky that I managed to order shoes in St. Petersburg and pick them up on the way. I take off the second star for disgusting bootfitting: my wife's shoes were picked up without even measuring her foot. Baking shoes boils down to a simple overexposure of shoes in the oven, you will not see any tips on the toe or a special overexposure of the foot on the stand here. As a result, the shoes are tight, and so the spouse rode the whole vacation.
Conclusion: you will not be disappointed with the purchase of equipment, but be careful with the points described above. I wish the store further development

It's a great place if you want to go for a ride and save money) Friendly staff, free snowboards, pleasant atmosphere.
On the downside, it's a problem with parking on weekends, but that's a moot point)

As soon as the equipment rental campaign ended, prices were raised to the ceiling, and it became more and more difficult to grab a full set of snowboard equipment during the season, I had to go and collect at different rentals, and the condition of the rental equipment became much worse

A place that popularizes snowboarding as much as possible! There is a lot of exclusive staff. The prices are generally pleasant. For hire, that's for sure: lower than in Silichi or Logoisk themselves. For one season, the guys generally distributed an order pile for a day for free. If you are at least a little bit into the topic of snow/ wake/skateboarding, then this place is definitely worth your attention. All of the above plus a cozy atmosphere will not leave you indifferent!

Disgusting customer service. I placed an order on the website and immediately paid online. We promised delivery on the same day. By the evening, it turned out that the product was not available and I didn't pay for anything at all. She asked for a refund. They said the money would be returned within seven days. A week later, the money still hadn't arrived. I contacted Alina's manager again, who assured me that the money should have already arrived, but as it turned out, no one had issued a refund at all, and if I hadn't reminded them, no one would have moved.

It was not the first time I bought shoes from this store, which is located in Minsk, and is considered the most popular place where you can buy shoes.
Today I want to say that not everything is good for them, both with shoes and with the staff.In a nutshell, the staff put a bolt on you, they are not willing to answer, if the question is about a refund, then there is a whole circus.
The story is like this…
I bought Etnies marana slip xlt shoes from them, I didn't wait long, I ran to pick them up, because I had wanted a good original shoe for a long time.As a result, what was there just amazed me, not only that the color is not the same, it is also worn, traces of exploitation are visible, so the shoes themselves are crooked, the glue sticks out, the seams are the same - not a picture, but some kind of disappointment is solid.It turned out that the box may not match the shoes, also that the site may have the wrong picture at all (I ordered one - the left one came at all), also when sending it back, they do not want to take it superimposed, they will persuade you to drop the card number (everyone at their own risk, but I decided not to take any chances).I sent it on delivery, almost a week has passed, they took it away a little, and I constantly reminded them and called the director of this office.They will assure you that the shoes are straight original, everything is fine with them, it's just bad luck for you.So please note that when sending the delivery, they do not take pictures of the delivery itself, they say, let's put it this way, maybe what is needed will arrive or not.Of course, I do not urge anyone, but my personal experience has shown that it is more expensive to contact them, the amount for shoes is not small (178 rubles, including delivery), they also used to send a parcel on delivery, now they want to immediately make a full prepayment.Don't get fooled if you want to buy something there, just three rules:
1. Ask for a photo of one or the other before sending
2. To be sent superimposed with the possibility of opening the parcel itself and subsequent verification, if even there is no way to check, open the parcel directly in the mail, do not repeat my mistakes
3. If everything seems to be OK, walk around at home in shoes, look at all angles, what and how, and make a verdict for yourself, you will wear it and whether it is convenient for you
In general, the result is as follows…
It used to be better, now in my opinion they have gone down to nowhere (not a fact, of course, they even delete bad comments on Google and Yandex, the last one was in April)
I strongly advise against ordering, at the moment there is a dubious office with dubious staff, ask for their photos, ask them for everything before buying.

From a larger product, I came across a good 32, Union, etc. The new store has become more beautiful, more spacious, there are fitting rooms (there were none before), you can find everything you need for skiing and more. Family is developing a board movement in the Republic of Belarus, which is a huge plus.
Annoying:
There is a small selection of snowboards, no matter how much I come, there is always only Drake, good brands Jones, LibTech, Neversummer, etc. either not, or I do not get to the delivery. Recently, it feels like there has been more low-quality staff, but with a more affordable price. At the same time, consultants can drive by the ears and sell such a staff under the guise of a good one, personally I had several such examples. The ridiculous price system is probably copied from the dominant, there will be one price on the site, the second one will be announced to you in the store, and you will pay a third at the checkout. That's because there is some kind of discount system and you can apply your black discount card for some products, not for other products, because another discount applies to them, the third discount is taken out of the consultant's head, because the buyer does not have a clear understanding of the price. The site is generally needed only for beauty, everything that is written there, including availability and price, usually does not correspond to reality.

I was tricked three times!
1. I ordered a WIDE board, but it was not sent WIDE;
2. They said that the delivery would be 2000 / 2500 Russian rubles, it turned out to be 5000 rubles;
3. I sent the board back, they said they would refund the money in 2 business days, 4 days have passed, now they tell me that within 7-14 days.
I do not recommend buying anything online here. Because they cheat, do not pick up the phone when calling, do not respond to messages for 4 days.
There is no trust in them!
I will write a statement to the police (fraud).

In winter, there is a free snowboard rental for one day (more is already paid, but still inexpensive). The rolling boards are much better than at the rentals in Silichi or Logoisk
One of the nuances is the entrance: it is useless to go there by car on a weekend (there is no place to park near the store). There is generally a problem with entering the yard.

The site presents a bunch of goods that are listed as "In stock". However, if you come to the store or arrange everything online, they will call you back and inform you that there is no such product. This situation has been repeated too many times. And that's what's very frustrating. It turns out that you mislead the buyer with your assortment, which in fact does not exist.
