The zoo (Faruk Yalçın Zoo and Botanic Park) is inconveniently located, far from normal transport. In particular, it is about 2.5km from Marmaray.
There is no official price list for non-citizens of the TR, on 10/23/24 they took a "crazy" 1300 rubles per person, accounting for sold "tickets" is on a piece of paper, there are no normal tickets, as in all such establishments, there is no booklet with a plan scheme.
According to the residence permit, they were "sold" according to the weekend price list. Everything that is indicated on the site is valid only for Turkish citizens, and documents are regularly "shoved" at the turnstile, only those who have left the cash register are allowed to pass without problems.
The animals are mostly behind glass and metal mesh, with the exception of donkeys, ponies, goats, giraffes, rhinoceroses. As always, there are broken sections.
The territory and aviaries are clean and tidy, which pleases.
Due to the rugged terrain and the organization of passages to the enclosures, the time of visiting the zoo easily tends to 3 hours.

I really liked it, it was clean, cozy, we looked at animals that are not in the zoo in Russia, but it's a pity there are many animals in one copy.. It's purely for animals)

It used to be a bird paradise, then the name of the place was Faruk Yalcin zoo , now I don't know if the name has changed, but its interior has not changed, it is an amazing dream world for children, even stories that he will tell around for months, in short, it is a wonderful world in which children and even adults can develop themselves, thank you, Mr. Faruk Yalcin, it was a hobby for you and you have left an excellent legacy to us and all children.
