Today I ordered a minibus, at ten o'clock in the morning, from Slutsk to Minsk (from the koltso stop), the driver told me to arrive at the place by 10:20, he himself arrived only at 10:40. When I entered the salon, I told him that there were no empty seats, to which I was rudely told that there were places. After I told him several times that there were still no seats, he opened the door for me and I moved forward, while listening to "how long will I stand on the street" (all this was with shouting in my direction, instead of helping to open the door, because I had from the first it didn't work out once). Next, the driver was moving at a speed of 120-130 km (the road is very snowy today, only cleaned and sprinkled in places), on my remark to slow down, he told me that he could transfer me back if I did not like to go ahead.. (he is already late for the next route), the speed dropped to 90, but closer to Minsk was still going 110.

Terrible service! Drivers are from the category of boors. They allow the customer to contact YOU. The impressions from the trip are the most negative. There is no customer orientation.

Great company. If you warn the driver in advance to wait a couple of minutes, they always wait, if you pick up the phone during the time, your order will never be lifted. You can book a place that is convenient for you, through the dispatcher or ask the driver to always leave. There were situations when there were no places until late in the evening, the girls called back and offered when something was available. Just ask nicely, and you will be answered beautifully. At the moment, I have not met companies with the best cars in terms of comfort. Everything is fine, we are all human, so let's treat each other with respect!!!

And why wasn't there a text message with the car number? I waited for him for 20 minutes-but it turned out to be in the wrong direction... It's a shame.

Good afternoon! Unfortunately, I had a sad experience in trying to leave by this minibus. To say that I'm shocked is to say nothing!! The driver had the audacity, pursuing only his own selfish goals, to cancel my order for 3 seats, due to the fact that I did not pick up the phone while on the subway, where I physically could not do it.And when I called back, he presented without much regret, "your order has been canceled." "What are the options?how will we solve the issue?" I asked the operator, to which she just hung up. Is this normal? What am I supposed to do with two children, bags of things, arriving from another corner of the city,standing at the place of departure at the appointed time, when there were no empty seats in any minibus in the next 5 hours.To my demand for a complaint book, the driver replied that I would not give you anything, look for me yourself in Slutsk...and dovidos..I'm not sorry..neither can we offer you...they are simply scattered by customers from right to left, caring only about generating income, and not about meeting the needs of the customer in the first place...It is sad that such companies exist nowadays.There is no service!!! Robot operators are incompetent to solve any issue, they give incorrect information.And they had never even heard of customer orientation.

To be honest, I try not to use this taxi. It is enough to drive once in a 999 car and the desire to travel by public transport disappears. I was driving in winter... my feet were frozen so that I couldn't move, the rear axle was humming so much in the car or something else that at some point it seemed to me that I was losing my hearing... but the strangest thing was that the driver took us from Minsk to Slutsk not along the highway, as it should be, but chose some kind of incomprehensible bypass road, it was scary!!!

I do not recommend using this operator. The site lists good cars.I ordered the Minsk-Slutsk route. On the street +27, an old minibus arrived, which was once a truck... There is no air conditioning, no windows either, the driver does not open his own, there is a small hatch for 115 people in the cabin. The cabin stinks, the driver drives nervously and carelessly.

All over the world, at all enterprises, in all human relations, there is an understanding for people who, due to force majeure, could be up to 5 minutes late, but for some reason only your drivers feel like gods and that they owe everything to them. I'm not talking about those situations when people are naturally arrogant and stay up to 10 minutes late, although even you are more willing to wait for them than those who are really already half a minute or a minute away from you! When you, the drivers, assign us your arrival time at the bus stop at 15 minutes, by the way, and you arrive in 15-25 minutes, is this normal? You are allowed to do this because you were standing in traffic jams, waiting for some jerk who did not even confirm the order or turned off the phone or something else happened to justify you and your lateness. So let me ask you: what the hell is your, far from five-minute lateness, justifies everything, but you can't wait for us for a minute or two?!
