I applied and did not regret it. We managed to find plane tickets and arrange a hotel in the center of Baku in just a couple of days, although there was no chance, as I applied a couple of days before departure, for which I am very grateful to Irina.
A personal guide was provided in Baku, who showed the city, combining live communication. I really liked the city, I advise you to visit it. I advise you to visit the carpet and Heydar Aliyev museums in Baku, and definitely the embankment near the Caspian Sea. To travel around Azerbaijan, I advise you to rent a car or arrange with a local guide, the trip will be much cheaper.
