On 11/15/2024, ceilings were stretched in the living room, kitchen, bedroom and children's room.
It was not possible to evaluate the work immediately, because the first thing that greeted us was a pile of garbage (boxes, cellophane), which the installers left behind.
Then they began to inspect the ceilings:
The corners are
not elongated from the word at all, they are round and all around the perimeter in all rooms the walls are stained black from above.
The interior door, which was removed from the hinges for painting, was pulled into the bathroom.
It's probably up to the client to clean up after your installers and put the door back in.
We informed the manager that the walls were dirty and there were a lot of shortcomings in the work of the installers.
A person arrived (possibly responsible for the complaint), confirmed and recorded everything.
However, he did it completely in silence.
Later, we were offered to fix the corners (to extend them as far as possible)
The corners didn't get much better after the correction, the installers tried to clean the wall, but alas and ah.
The company offered us compensation, with conditions: we buy paint, photograph the receipt, send it to them, and they refund the amount spent on the receipt.
They still haven't told me why I have to run around and buy paint right now!
For what?
So that it stands in the future?
Will you pay for the painter's job too?
There was no question of returning the monetary damage to us or making a discount on two more rooms that do not have ceilings yet and will be pulled by them (more on this later), and in general they hushed up this issue.
The manager, Maria, is communicating in an ugly way, switching to voice messages in business correspondence, in a completely inappropriate tone, that we had expired the contract for 2 more rooms where ceilings were not installed, we were told when the contract had expired.
What's the problem with telling this to the client at least a week in advance?
Maria, the manager, calls the amounts at random, initiates us into some problems, nuances of the company.
Her program has problems, then she sees the amount, then she doesn't see the amount.
She cannot calculate the entire amount, taking into account the discount.
He offers to take the contract themselves and calculate the amount.
How should your internal affairs concern us?
Why does the manager complain about matters that fall within her responsibilities to the client?

The issues have not been resolved in any way.
If there is the worst company in terms of service and quality of work in this area, then it is definitely Feriko in Vitebsk!
