We have long wanted to make an appointment here for a consultation with one of the specialists and have not regretted it. The cosmetologist turned out to be very highly qualified, while explaining everything in an accessible language and in great detail, and offered several options when choosing care products. Good afternoon. Please have a conversation with your administrators so that they don't mislead people. When I called the center to clarify information on how to get an appointment with Svetlana Ya., they replied that the appointment was for May, it would be at the end of April.Since April 15, the online recording has been monitored every day. There have been no windows.On April 24, there was a call to the call center, they also answered that there were no windows YET.The next day, the receptionist girl already said that everything was scheduled.The question of when the recording opened was answered on April 24th! Do your administrators have any information at all or respond as they please??!!I understand that there are a lot of applicants, BUT.. maybe then write them on the waiting list for the next months?!Or do you need to spend the night near the center at the end of the month to grab these windows??!!!!Teach your employees how to communicate information to customers, and offer some solutions to the problem!

During the year, it was not possible to make an appointment with S. Yakubovskaya by phone, until they entered an entry through the website. I visited the website every day in my free time to check, and within a week I was able to catch a window. So those who write that there are no windows are lying. Svetlana is the best dermatologist because she uses only evidence-based medicine and is aware of all new research. Hence the hype. If I had come to her earlier, I would not have been poisoned by others with two courses of CP in the wrong dosages.

Dermatologist Svetlana Yakubovskaya is the best thing in this center. I recommend this doctor to everyone. The center itself is pleasant, the staff is good. I agree with the previous review. It is impossible to make an appointment with Yakubovskaya. I've been trying to do this since the summer, it's been almost six months, I couldn't sign up. For some time (more than a month), I visited the site every day in search of free windows - they do not happen. The administrator said, "we don't have a pre-recording sheet ((although all decent centers do)), we see the windows the same way you do online (it turns out they also update the recording sheet non-stop to see if something is available for customers?! I doubt it..)
In general, maybe the doctor is really very good, maybe the center is wonderful - but the first point of contact of the client with the center looks absolutely hopeless.

I agree with the previous 2 reviews. To make an appointment with Yakubovskaya, I have to monitor the windows on the website several times every day or call the registry. Administrators do not keep a waiting list. That is, I have to do the work of an administrator. What are they doing there? In normal centers, they will write on the waiting list, having previously asked what days and times are convenient, and then they will call and write it down. There used to be such a system here. Apparently, some of the administrators were fired and implemented such a wild and disgusting system in order to save money. Just the bottom

I have been trying to make an appointment with Dr. Yakubovskaya for more than 3 months, the question arises whether she accepts at all at this center. In my opinion, the recording system is a natural mockery of people. All the administrator says is "everything has already been painted, the windows will appear randomly and they can be seen on the site in an online record." but! When they will appear, the administrators do not even know approximately. That is, the answer is the same: monitor the online recording. And how to monitor it? Every day, every hour, or maybe every minute, because the entire record is signed in 20 minutes, as the administrators themselves say. And if earlier, according to reviews, the problem was to get through, then the new online recording system invented to solve this problem only worsened the situation. There must be at least some respect for patients, is it really impossible to voice at least some approximate days / dates??? If you don't want a rush, at least announce the period, for example, "windows for the first half of October will appear from September 20 to September 23."

It was my first time in this center, I was very disappointed.They made an appointment with Doroshkevich T. The doctor's attitude was like in a polyclinic, arrogant and arrogant.She immediately prescribed antibiotics for me (without tests, without questions about what I am taking now, etc.), Paid decent money for the appointment, but the consultation lasted only 20 minutes, at which the doctor still adjusted.It's just a money-raising pipeline, I didn't learn anything new for myself.
The conclusion was issued of very poor quality, where it is barely visible what is written there.

I made an appointment with Dr. Doroshkevich on 01/13/2024 at 13.40. The administrator called the day before and asked if I could arrive 10 minutes earlier, to which I received an answer that it was unlikely. Accordingly, my time remains at 13.40. I arrived at the center at 13.45 in fact and was sent to wait under the office, because the person who was supposed to be behind me had already come in. Okay, I was 5 minutes late, but they didn't even call me to ask where I was, what I was, and so on, as they usually do in decent medical centers. Another person was immediately launched. Well, I sat down to wait. When the man came out, they didn't call me, but the next person after him!!! When I asked why, they told me that I was late, so that's it! Sorry, so the person behind me used my time completely, so all his time is mine!! Why did I have to wait for another person??? The administrator did not find anything to answer, but only said that they would send me an answer to my complaint in writing!
P.S. I left my baby at home with my husband to drive through the whole city, wait under the office for half an hour and write a complaint. Of course, I didn't do the procedure. Such is the service!

We went with a friend to Doroshkevich Tatiana. To say that we were satisfied with visiting the center is to say nothing!
A competent doctor, very polite staff! Everyone shows attention and care. There is a stunning interior in the very center. A nice bonus was that it is possible to park the car without any problems. We did not immediately figure out the barrier, but we called the center and the administrator explained how to get to the parking lot.
