On September 28, 23, I bought glasses worth 352 rubles. In September 2024, a mustache flew off my glasses when I was wearing them, I did not tear my glasses, I did not fall with them, I always took them off with both hands. It was possible to get to the optics only in January 2025 on January 30. When buying, the company talks right and left about its 3-year warranty, but when contacting me, they immediately began to tell me that it might not be a warranty case, they gave me a receipt and wait until February 14. It takes half a month to attach a mustache! I think, well, under warranty, well, I'll wait there, if the case is not guaranteed, then I'll take it to another optician where they will repair it faster, since I needed glasses urgently. The call comes from the company on February 13 that the glasses are ready, come pick them up and don't say anything more. On February 17, I send my husband to get glasses, on the spot he finds out that the repair is paid, when asked why they didn't warn him, they also accuse him that I have scratched glasses (which, by the way, was immediately agreed upon when handing over the glasses). Scratched glass has nothing to do with the mustache, first of all. Secondly, well, your company doesn't want to fulfill its warranty obligations, so treat your customers with respect. Why cheat and delay to the last that the repair was paid for? I had experience with many opticians halva, cinderella, and so on. This is the first time I've seen such a neglectful and incompetent attitude. I don't recommend anyone else to set foot on you anymore.

I have trusted this optics network for many years: the frames and lenses are always of excellent quality. This time, we were also pleased with the production time, although there was a custom position. A week later, the consultant called and said that the glasses were ready. I am very pleased with the glasses. Special thanks to consultant Svetlana Pavlovna Didenko. From the numerous assortment, she very quickly offered the right frame options for me. I just had to make the final choice. Svetlana gave me a detailed and understandable consultation on lenses and guided me which lenses would suit me best. When paying for the order, Svetlana recommended me a care product for glasses from fogging - a special napkin, which I am very happy about (the bespectacled people will understand me). It is clear that the person works with pleasure, is very friendly and an excellent professional! There were only pleasant emotions from visiting the optics. I recommend it to anyone who needs glasses!.

I came to insert the lenses into a large frame, I was looking for the right one for a long time, the one, but the specialist in the person of an adult woman immediately said that no optics would put lenses in them for my minus (-1.5) and go hand over, and come to us for good ones, we have everything. I didn't come to buy another frame, I came to insert lenses. If you don't have such a diameter of lenses, then say it culturally and don't spoil the mood. I have no complaints about optics products.

I ordered glasses for the computer. The prices are the most favorable in the city, but it's not just like that. 1. It took about a month to wait for the manufacture. They told me to come on the 8th (I made an order on the 5th). When I came, they said that they meant the next month. 2. There are always queues. 3. When placing an order, it was insulting to misrepresent my last name. When I went to pick up the order, they pronounced it incorrectly again. It is very profitable to buy optics here, but the service changes the whole impression of the purchase. Anyway, thank you.
