The store has a fairly wide selection of frames, it is very spacious and bright, but the staff is as unpleasant as possible in communication, any question regarding glasses is answered by any of the sellers with a kind of mockery, presenting themselves as a guru, and exposing a potential buyer as a fool / fool. I will not go to this branch to buy anything anymore and will not advise anyone, but the network itself is good. Perhaps there are more friendly specialists working in other branches.

We occasionally visit this branch with the whole family and every time we visit, only good impressions remain. The consultants are always friendly, give detailed answers to any questions and, most importantly, find an approach to their youngest visitors. Thank you very much!

The service is good, but the prescription is not.
The doctor doubled the diopters, they found out only when they received an order from another optician, it was not possible to order here, and there is no problem with the optics in which they ordered.
The error was revealed by comparing old glasses and consulting another doctor, and from personal experience it is impossible to wear, when worn for more than 10 minutes, it feels like sand got into your eyes.
In general, there was a residue from the local doctor
