Good atmosphere and nice place, but that's it.
Absolutely overpriced. On top of that, there is a hidden 10% service charge! The food was also nothing special. There is no sugar if you want to add it to your coffee. 11000 KZT for what we got (2) is absolutely ridiculous.

The food is not bad, but in places it is rustic.
Delicious pastries, good coffee.
But I lower the stars, because every time I hope that this time it will be better and everything will be brought on time and nothing will be forgotten, but every time something is wrong.
Today we waited for a breakfast of eggs and cheese for 40 minutes, and then it turns out that they simply forgot to record it at the checkout, although when accepting the order, everything was announced at the end and everything was on the list. Breakfast is ruined. And zero apologies, I don't say anything about the compliment at all.

Delicious food, pastries are always fresh and appetizing. The only drawback is guests with laptops occupying a large table for a long time. The rest are forced to huddle at small round plastic tables, where not all the plates fit.

Beautiful interior, pleasant music and good coffee. That's all.
We came for breakfast, ordered cheesecakes, pancakes, coffee, juice and dessert. Coffee and juice were brought immediately, and the rest was waited for 35 minutes.
During this time, no one came to the table, apologized for the delay, or reported it.
When we asked about the food ourselves, we were told to wait another 4 minutes. 5 minutes passed, and they came up to us again, asking us to wait "a little longer".
We were about to leave when the food finally arrived. The portions are small, the taste is nothing special. The coffee had already cooled down by this time, and the mood had deteriorated.
There is no service, there is no negative feedback, there was not even an apology.
It's a pity for money and time. Don't set foot here anymore

Good afternoon. Today we visited this institution with a young man. By the way, there have never been any complaints about taste or service. One of the favorite places in the city. But today we were very disappointed: we had to wait 10-15 minutes for our order to be accepted, then the order itself was waited for 25 minutes. An absolutely icy dish was brought out. We ordered shakshuka. Bread is served with it, the bread was also cold. I have ordered this dish more than once, so we know what the serving should be. They asked to replace the dish, they brought the same cold dish with the same cold bread. There was one waiter working on our side of the room, who asked the whole room: "Who has the latte?Do you have eggs Benedict?" I.e. the staff clearly could not cope with the landing. They did not ask to replace the dish for the third time, because they just felt sorry for the poor waitress, who was already on edge. We all understand that there were quite a lot of people in the establishment, but to be honest, we expected a slightly different reaction from the staff and more attention to our guests.

I keep running into this situation, and therefore I will not write about the kitchen (and it is beautiful), about the polite and best service in the city. I just want to warn you: they will make you stand in line. I hate queues.

It was the first time we were a family, to be honest, it didn't catch on. Neither the interior, nor the dishes. The portions are small, the pumpkin soup was over-salted, and I had to add water. There was a small bone in the chicken fillet sandwich. The place, in my opinion, is just for working on a computer with a cup of coffee, no more. We won't come again, we sent our greetings to the cook through the waiter.

Is it better tonight? Or should I take sandwiches? I'm xs. In my opinion, if one dish is funny, then the rest is no better.
Baking, I repeat, is normal.
And, 1 more carbon monoxide - there are 2 volumes of cappuccino - 200 and, attention 250))) the difference is 100 tg. Guys, leave one thing, well.
I won't go in for a snack a second time, but maybe for desserts.

I go there to have breakfast very often. We come to the opening, we definitely take bread home. We even stop by on purpose because of the bread :) coffee and food are stable. I really like that the tables are not close. The waiters are always prompt and helpful.

Beautiful interior and atmosphere. But the service is pumping up. I had to ask for the menu to be brought. Waiting for more than 15 minutes at a table in silence. And then it turned out that they brought the menu with an incomplete composition, forgetting about the wine list.
Several times they tried to remind me that my table is until 20:00, although at 17:30 I had to justify myself 2 times that I would make it, since I have a theater at 19:00.
The one selected in the menu, of course, was not there ... and if I had chosen not only by the cover, I would hardly have gone here again.
On a weekday, many desks are occupied by people working on laptops. It's cool that pet-friendly place

I read the reviews and expected problems with the service. But no, everything was great. Probably the owner is constantly working with the staff and responds to feedback. A Scandinavian breakfast was served in 10 minutes, coffee was brought almost immediately. Water is poured constantly. The portions are normal, the food is delicious, the coffee is not bitter, they do not save on grain.

We are not in a nightclub, it is impossible to talk at the table in the morning without raising your voice.
