The private center and paid services include : that the person came and got to the right doctor without waiting in line. there is no such thing in your center, every time I come to your specialists, I sit in queues for 20 – 40 minutes, is this even normal? I pay money, I don't have insurance, and I sit in queues every time. If I had so much time to sit in queues, I would go to an emergency clinic. and when you come for paid services, you value your time! it often happens that when specialists sign up for a consultation, they do some other services that take 20 to 40 minutes of time, of course I understand that everyone wants to make money at the moment, if a person has come and is ready to pay, then you want to "cut the dough", but for this person there are records of other people who they count on the time they are recorded. if you want to provide an access service for which a person is not registered, let your specialists warn the person and people sign up for another day or for the nearest available window. yesterday I wrote a complaint, in the complaint book after that I also received a brain removal from the doctor for my complaint, for sitting and waiting.. with such an attitude towards your customers, you will lose them, and people will go to those paid centers where the relationship is better. and when a person is ready and able to pay money for these services, they don't need queues and waiting in the hallway.

I asked her to take a picture, to which she rudely raised her voice and told me to get up, which she had already done. I asked her why she was talking in that tone, to which the doctor replied, how are you talking to me, although in fact I told her that I didn't need a second sensor. I didn't get any response on the ultrasound, including goodbye, except from the nurse who wrote everything down. The boorish attitude in the paid medical center brought her to a stressful state instead of learning the good news. Apparently, she really wanted to do a comprehensive ultrasound and earn money, but the fact that I didn't need it in this story didn't bother her much. Great service, lots of emotions. Thanks to the medical registrar, I calmed her down and apologized for her behavior.
