The management of the center needs to resolve this issue. For example, a patient came for a cardiogram, he was sent to the 2nd floor to the office and he sits under it for an hour because they forgot to call and say that the person went for a study. And then lose the conclusion. This is one of the few examples.

Previously, the attitude was much better, I always went for an ECG, now they do everything quickly, they decode it not in the presence of the client. I am always nervous on an ECG and in this regard there are some shortcomings, but therapists write such nonsense, they say, if you are nervous, then everything is fine, if not, then I wrote to you here. Your Cardiologist refutes everything written.... You write such nonsense, and you also speak out like that, shame on your center. And when you leave them a review on the site, they do not print it, but call you and try to figure out on what basis you are calling me. When I went to the registry office on the complaint, they just giggled and that's it, I never swear or row with anyone. Because of this, she just left and wrote nothing, not a complaint, nothing.
