Fiori is nice fine dining restaurant with amazing ideas for cuisine and as well with nice interview inside. Separate thanks for team there as it is high educated and trained staff. Desserts look unique and memorable.

Fiori is a beautiful, modern restaurant located in the very center of Minsk, which can definitely be recommended for breakfast. A beautiful marble bar, flowers, cozy tables by the window – aesthetics and that's all. The breakfast menu is extensive and even includes items for supporters of healthy lifestyle. What I would especially like to highlight is the staff. They greeted us kindly and placed us at the most beautiful bar with the promise of transferring us to a vacant table. This promise was fulfilled even before the dishes were served, although the cooking speed was quite high. The waiters were extremely pleasant, they treated me to lemon sorbet at the end of breakfast, and also handed me a box with marshmallows and a nice signature at parting. Definitely, the experience is great, and the restaurant gets my recommendation to visit.

An incredible place! My husband and I were not indifferent to anything. Excellent service, convenient location, cozy and beautiful atmosphere and very tasty cuisine. Each dish doesn't seem to be fancy, but the sauces and the combination of flavors left us in awe of the chef's skill. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You helped create a wonderful evening.

I chose the restaurant for its beautiful entrance and late breakfasts, and it turned out that the place was great. The menu is quite short, but everything we tried was excellent. And omelets, and salads, and hot dishes, and pasta...However, the coffee is cold :((( as a result, we had breakfast and dinner in this place. You can sit down without reservation, which is also convenient.

Cozy restaurant, good service, mediocre food, disgusting wine list.
We came to dinner with our family. The restaurant specializes in Italian cuisine, as we realized later with a strong Belarusian accent. On the positive side, you can note the beautiful interior, friendly and attentive waiters, as well as the convenient location of the establishment. However, the quality of both food and drinks leaves much to be desired. Most of the dishes turned out to be bland and the chefs categorically do not use salt in cooking, because of this they looked lean and dietary. If you want to "salt" salads and pasta, the waiter recommended using the salt shaker yourself. Unfortunately, the salt shaker turned out to be faulty and immediately poured a lump of salt into the dish.
The wine list is very weak, unpopular wines, with a low rating of the average price category, but it is issued as something exclusive. Of the red wines, only the Old World is represented, and nothing worth paying attention to was noticed in the specialty section, there was no supertoscan, and there were no good Tuscan wines on the menu. After a long study of the worst positions and recommendations of the staff, we settled on a bottle of Greek Thymiopoulos Earth and Sky, which turned out to be disgustingly sour and resembled fermented compote. The waiter thoughtfully offered to aerate the wine, but during the two-hour dinner, none of the four of us finished our glass.
Unfortunately, bread, as in most Italian restaurants, is not served by default. And so we had to order it separately, which we found out later. The waiter boasted that they bake it on their own, and indeed it turned out to be delicious.
Further on the ordered dishes:
Turkey liver paté is very good, and it's generally wonderful with freshly baked bread.
Burrata with tomatoes - I liked it, but it was quite standard.
Octopus carpaccio is acceptable, a little harsh.
Olivier with crab and caviar is a rare filth, they overdid the well-known salad and made a dietary mess out of it.
Salad with pumpkin, shrimp and orange is not bad and original.
Scallop tartare with tangerine ponzu and caviar is very bad. The thawed, finely chopped scallop, not the first freshness, was simply dumped into the shell. It had a peculiar smell, and the sauce was bad.
Main dishes:
As the main dish of the evening, we ordered pasta Al Tartufo, which is prepared in a barrel of cheese. The serving is beautiful, a chef came right to our table with a head of parmesan cheese, set it on fire and cooked pasta. We were told that the cheese is imported from Italy, but the pasta is prepared by ourselves. Unfortunately, the pasta didn't taste good, it was completely boiled, and it wasn't al dente at all.
The cabbage steak with truffle mousse is great, it's really delicious, we even ordered a repeat, because the pasta just stayed on the plate.
Octopus risotto is acceptable, but a little harsh.
I ordered spaghetti arabiata with crab for my son, I think I ate everything, so it's normal.
I also ordered confit duck with potatoes and porcini mushroom sauce. I thought that, well, potatoes with duck are clearly able to cook here. But I didn't guess. The stewed duck turned out to be undercooked, the sauce resembled gravy from the school cafeteria, and the potatoes were tasteless.
For dessert, tiramisu is top!
Another advantage for us was that the restaurant was completely empty. Perhaps because the locals had already come here once and that was enough :)

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT to visit this institution!
On May 3, 2025, we decided to visit the Fiori restaurant with a group of tourist friends. Everything started well, and there are no complaints about the waiter, but the quality of the food, the lack of professionalism of the head waiter Veronika Zhilyanina (as she introduced herself) and the waiting time for the dishes left an extremely negative impression.
After ordering, the cold appetizers and salads arrived only 40-50 minutes later. Next— on food:
1. Burrata with tomatoes — served with green, unripe tomatoes: tough, frozen, white-green inside. After the comment, they suggested replacing it with baked peppers (baked ones!). However, after another 25 minutes, a new salad arrived, where the peppers turned out to be fresh, only slightly scalded on the grill for show.
2. Seafood soup — tastes like citric acid or vinegar with seafood. It was impossible to eat.
3. The chicken is very hard, dry, resembled a brick (there is a video). After complaining and stating that we were refusing the dish in this form and would not pay for it, the receptionist took it to the kitchen on her own. The dish was never redone/returned, but it was included in the bill.
4. Green lasagna with salmon — clearly overexposed in the oven: the lasagna sheets are hard and dry, there is almost no sauce, the salmon is overdried.
The only dishes without serious complaints are vitello tonato and scallop tartare (although they didn't impress either — it's better to try elsewhere).
The tea turned into a chifir in just a minute — due to the huge amount of brewing, for which the kettle used was not intended.
The most outrageous thing is the reaction of the administration.
After sampling the dishes and instant feedback (no one ate these dishes any further), the administrator, Veronika Zhilyanina, was called.
Despite the most calm statement of the claims, there was no decision. Instead, she practiced her memorized phrases.:
"We have prepared the dish the way it should be. I don't need to try it, but I know in advance that it's high-quality."
"You will still have to pay for all the dishes, even if you are not satisfied with something. This is the policy of the restaurant."
- When asked to call the boss or the sous chef, they kept saying for 30 minutes: "We don't do that." An hour later, an unidentifiable man came out of the kitchen, without identification marks, who did not know the menu and was unable to answer questions.
- The composition of the dishes was not provided, although they promised. The Sous chef disappeared without a trace.
Veronika Zhilyanina behaved openly boorishly: she interrupted, left during the conversation, and demonstrated complete incompetence.
The management could not be contacted — the administrator clearly did not have the authority to make decisions, although she tried to deny it.
Result
- 3 hours in the restaurant: 1 hour — waiting for snacks, 2 hours — useless arguments with the administration.
- The bill even included those dishes that were not delivered.
- We were left hungry, angry and completely perplexed — how can SUCH an attitude towards guests be allowed in the competitive restaurant industry?
This is not just bad, it is an absolutely unacceptable level of service.
I hope the review reaches the Fiori management and warns others against visiting.
If you don't want to spoil the evening, avoid this place.

Today we visited the Fiori restaurant. We had dinner with the family. Full of delight and gratitude! Thanks to Veronica for the service, a master of his craft. We express our deep gratitude to chef Vladislav for his high professionalism. Everything is delicious, good serving, clean, neat. And the cherry on the cake is a compliment from the restaurant - the tastiest homemade sorbet. We recommend it!

This restaurant is 100% included in my TOP restaurants! For the 2nd year we have been coming and looking into Fiori. Everything is always very tasty)) The atmosphere of this place creates a cool vibe of a European breakfast, or a pleasant winter dinner with the family) I definitely recommend trying whipped cottage cheese and scrambled eggs with crab!

I'm willing to bet that the fives are mostly given by those visitors who were offended to pay twice against any restaurant in Minsk))) It's a beautiful place, it's a pretentious place, it's courted to the fullest from the doorstep. And everything. The kitchen is very ordinary, nothing outstanding (except a fire show complete with spaghetti) At the same time, the price tag is 2 times (okay, 1.65, to be more precise) higher than in any other worthy rest of the city. Desserts are delicious, yes (in particular, tiramisu). And the beef is mediocre, let's be honest. In general, there are plenty of places in the city where you can eat both more pleasantly and more rationally in terms of prices. But when visiting this one, memories of being ripped off with first-class service and music are provided)))

I would like to sincerely thank the entire staff of the restaurant for the attentive, but at the same time unobtrusive service and incredible atmosphere. Today we celebrated a small celebration in a narrow family circle, absolutely everyone was delighted. Every detail is thought out to the smallest detail, aesthetics is felt in everything. Fresh flowers, serving dishes and decor complement the harmonious and modern interior and create the very atmosphere that you want to come back for again and again.
The cocktails were excellent, good coffee and desserts, delicious salads. The waiting time is within 20 minutes after the order.
I recommend the pasta in the head of the cheese, the presentation is spectacular and memorable.
I would like to note that both the main dishes (including pasta, which is prepared in front of guests) and desserts with coffee were brought for all guests at the same time. We made a sweet compliment for the guests, which was a very pleasant and unexpected surprise.
The dishes were brought and taken away in such a way as not to cause discomfort to the guests during the conversation, trying to do it as unobtrusively as possible, while there was never anything superfluous on the table, there was always water and clean appliances. We thought about the comfort of each of the guests and anticipated all possible nuances.
Separately, I would like to note that the water in the institution is free. In my personal opinion, this is an indicator of the high level of service in the institution and the attitude towards guests that wins sympathy and loyalty for a long time.

Two stars for the efforts of the owner or manager for aesthetics in design, rooms, decoration and style.
It would be great if the dishes were served faster, the waitress was more attentive and the cook cooked instead of cooked. For breakfast with a not very crowded room, while we were waiting for the dishes, people ate at the next table, ordered dessert, ate it, paid off and left. The waitress offered a poached egg to my buckwheat pancakes, which she seems to have cooked herself, judging by her absence in the hall. The egg was not poached, but even almost hard boiled. We ordered dessert and coffee, dessert was brought to us first, and when we had already eaten it and were about to leave, coffee was brought to us! Apparently, dissatisfaction was visible on my face, we were kindly offered a compliment, sherbet! I didn't even want to touch it, the children ate and just so as not to spoil the mood, I tried it too.
The overall impression is that there is a dispute at every step! Alas.

Terrible experience– I don't recommend it!
Visiting this restaurant left extremely negative impressions. The quality of the food is disgusting, and the service is blatantly rude.
It started with ** burrata with tomatoes**: instead of juicy ripe tomatoes, they served white, frozen, absolutely tasteless. They asked me to redo the dish, but the chefs couldn't do it. Then they brought ** fish soup**, which was so full of citric acid that it was impossible to eat it.
When we complained to the administrator Veronika Zhilyanina, the situation only worsened. She rudely interrupted, left during the conversation and flatly refused to remove inedible dishes from the bill, saying that "this is the policy of the restaurant, and it doesn't matter if the guests liked it or not."
We ** waited 40 minutes for the chef**, but instead of him, some unmarked man came out, who assured us that "everything was cooked correctly." When asked to show ** technical maps of dishes** (according to the law on consumer protection), he promised to bring them and ... disappeared.
Result:
- The food is inedible.
- The service is rude and unprofessional.
- The administrator (Veronika Zhilyanina) is rude, tactless and completely incompetent.
The restaurant does not respect the guests and does not monitor the quality.
We spent a lot of money, and we were hungry and disappointed. I do not recommend this place to anyone – here you will be deceived, rude and will be fed disgusting food.

It took us a long time to choose a restaurant for a birthday celebration and could not find a suitable one. However, when we came to Fiori, Daria immediately helped us. She quickly got her bearings and booked a great table for us.
On the day of our dinner, Daria exceeded all our expectations. Three stars plus: one for the place, the second for the interior and one for the wonderful administrator Elena.
Two stars minus: one for the portion size. You will leave hungry! The second disadvantage is the price is higher than the quality. The impression of the kitchen is either "neutral" or "not very".
We tried half of the menu and unanimously said "delicious" only to bread :)
The service is sad. One waiter for 12 people couldn't cope, got confused and didn't clean up on time.
Would I have gone there again? No.
Would you recommend to visit? No.

The food and cocktails/wine list are at a decent level. You can come here for a date, a birthday party in a narrow circle, and bring your mother to a family dinner. The famous series of dishes with dogs. Aesthetics, taste, balance. Of the minor flaws: the staff is not too friendly, but not so much that they take away the star because of it. For those who like hearty portions, then you will have to catch up in fast food)

A restaurant with a request for super premium, prices are high, but the choice of food and drinks is very limited and the main thing in the restaurant should not be deceived. Ordered focaccia, to clarify which one you are making (it is not on the menu) He explained that the classic tortilla is divided into three parts. As a result, they brought three slices of ordinary cold bread. To my remark, why focaccia is not at all the way it should be, this bread was warmed up and said that they only have focaccia like this. I would have put one in the estimates, but the risotto was quite edible.

The only plus is the interior and the dishes. It looks decent
Further cons:
- food. Snacks. Meat carpaccio is filled with sauce and pepper. The taste of meat is not felt. Tuna tartare is covered with pickled onions. What for?
It's hotter. The pasta cooked in the cheese head was cold. A portion of scallops is a Michelin winner, but not by taste, but by portion size. But the prices are with a claim to.
- maintenance. The waiter disappeared all the time, and when he appeared, he "rushed" to the next table with two more visitors than there were of us. I had to pour the wine myself. It wouldn't have been so scary, but the bucket was far away and I had to get up. I hope he got a tip there too.
"The cherry on the cake." - before our eyes, a stain on the tablecloth at the next table was cleaned with a napkin. They didn't change the tablecloth, but cleaned it.
