In my opinion, the prices for some services are very high.The man at the reception is unsmiling, taciturn.There is absolutely no room at the entrance.There are no chairs, at least to just sit and wait, for example, for the master to diagnose the equipment.

Thanks to the crooked-handed craftsmen for the loose screws after cleaning the laptop, a few months later a short circuit burned through the board and I got to repair almost comparable to replacing the board! These are the last people who can be given their device in their hands.

Not competent employees. I came to pick up my laptop, I was sold at the checkout and talked on the phone for 10 minutes (it would be fine to talk about work, he discussed his family on the phone during working hours, which is not necessary for me as a client who is in a hurry to listen), but ignored all requests to speed up. Also, the repair turned out to be of poor quality, the cables were crookedly soldered and the board was slightly damaged during assembly. I highly recommend that no one bring their equipment here

I gave the laptop for repair, they said there was nothing left alive, it could not be repaired. The laptop was returned, but without the SSD. I am attaching a photo. When asked on the phone where the SSD is, they said "You brought one." Scammers, do not contact this organization.

I contacted the First Service workshop several times about laptop repair and recently about Xiaomi phone repair. A video chip flew in the laptop and the master was replaced with a new one in 3 days, at a cost of 180 rubles, although competitors said 220-200 rubles. We did the cleaning, I was satisfied. The laptop has been working for half a year without any comments. Recently, my wife broke the screen in her phone - they also did it in 2 days, they did it efficiently.
I was satisfied! I recommend it!
