Excellent gym, reasonable prices, a large selection of exercise equipment, smiling and friendly instructors. I especially want to mention coach Tatiana, whom I work with :) a wonderful coach, we found a common language from the first lesson. Tanya is a wonderful, attentive and responsive instructor. The training takes place in a friendly atmosphere. Explains all the exercises in detail, and will explain them to the last one until it works out. She explained all the questions about nutrition very clearly. You can always write to Tanya, she will answer and explain. It will teach you how to eat competently and correctly. You can ask absolutely any question without hesitation. In general, I'm happy :)

Small changing rooms. It's very stuffy in the hall. Not comfortable benches and dumbbells. There are not many simulators that are, in principle, minimally needed for training. The qualifications of the staff are questionable. The prices are a little too high for such conditions. A good crossfit zone.

It used to be better. Just a year ago, the coaches were more friendly, they talked about mistakes in the exercise, and so on. Now, coaches are fully focusing only on those who have paid for personal training with a coach. It's painful to watch when you watch newbies in the gym who do an exercise incorrectly, but the coach sees it and won't make a correction. I do not know what happened. After all, this is your clientele, correcting a beginner, he will see that he is surrounded by people who care, the desire to return will increase, and with the first successes, inspiration will appear. I write this because I want to return the atmosphere, the attention of the coaches that I found, and I can say thank you that I managed to get into the gym during this period, it was with the help of the coaches that I wanted to come back again and again. The coaching staff has not changed much, but even those who have been working here for a long time are now doing it more negligently. Boxing gloves have probably been used since the opening of the gym, I don't know, it's time to change them a long time ago. The toilet door does not close elementary. Apparently, there is also a shortage of trash cans, not every roll of paper towel has an urn. Guys, do something about it, please. I know you can, but don't be lazy.
