!!!! Feedback on how EMPLOYEES SHOULD NOT BEHAVE WITH CUSTOMERS!!!!
Today I had to visit this store in search of the "Teymurov Foot Spray" remedy. I needed it with a tea tree. I went around the entire trading floor, but I didn't find the product I needed anywhere. There was no spray with any composition at all. I asked the woman (apparently it was a cleaner) where to find it and we went with her to look around the store for what I asked. From the very beginning, a guard was LITERALLY FOLLOWING me around. At first, I didn't think much of it. Like, this is his job. But on the other hand, I wasn't the only one in the store. There were a lot of people there besides me! And he "stuck" to me. I'm always neatly dressed and I can't arouse suspicion in any way.
In general, we did not find anything with this woman and came to the conclusion that all the goods were disassembled. The guard was still on his heels. On the way to the checkout, I put a package of tea in Princess Nuri "Wild Berries" tea bags in the basket (well, I shouldn't have come, I'll buy at least this tea). Oddly enough, there was a queue at the checkout and VERY SLOW SERVICE!!! And since I didn't have time to wait for the cashier to deign to serve people quickly, I put this tea out of the basket on the shelf and headed for the exit. The basket was empty.
At the door of the store, I heard a brutal scream: "HEY YOU! DON'T YOU HEAR THAT?! I'M TALKING TO YOU!" I was taken aback, turned around and saw an "old acquaintance" - the same guard who was following me around.
"WHERE DID YOU THROW THE TEA? " in the same, very boorish and redneck manner and on "YOU" he asked me. (Who gave him the right to address a person as "YOU"? Apparently he thinks of himself as the "NAVEL OF THE WORLD"? )
I took him to the trading floor and showed him where I put the tea. There was no time to sort things out with him and write a complaint to the book of reviews and suggestions. And I hurried away from this store.
!!! A QUESTION TO THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS STORE AND TO THE HIGHER MANAGEMENT - who are you recruiting?! Do you even check employees for good manners, culture and ability to communicate with customers?! HE WORKS WITH PEOPLE DIRECTLY!!!
I have not seen such a BOORISH and DISDAINFUL ATTITUDE TOWARDS PEOPLE for a long time!!!
!!! I STRONGLY DEMAND that you check for compliance with the position of this employee (security guard), who worked on 06/18/22. at around 15:00!

There are a lot of different products at a good price, but there are also more expensive products. Of the cons: a) it's stuffy in the store, b) I couldn't find baskets in which you can carry what you chose (although maybe it's my fault, not the store), c) many products (or next to the goods) simply don't have price tags, d) there is a slight mess (although in this may be the fault of the buyers, but if you think about it, why don't the workers there put everything in its place?).
In general, the store is good, I liked it, I will definitely come there again.
