Arriving on the appointed day and time, there was no one at the place. Calls and messages in Viber are unanswered. The next day, accusations began in our direction that it was not agreed that we would arrive, we fixed the screenshot of the correspondence. Then that there was a delivery that we were not informed about, they say we did not ask for it ourselves and that we refused delivery in the call. I requested a call, they refused, and again the charges went nowhere. The excuses were that there were a lot of orders and we were not alone, this is the level of course.
As a result, they were picked up at their own expense with morning delivery.
The painting itself is normal, the idea itself is cool for a gift. But after such a service, you will not be able to appreciate it.
