They asked to be wrapped in pink paper and made according to the example of another bouquet that was on display, the florist pretended not to hear, added completely different flowers and paper. In addition, during the service, there was complete disrespect for the customer, the florist finished the bouquet on the showcase, then served other customers out of turn.
