I ordered bouquets several times via Instagram.
For the first time, the bouquet was delivered earlier than the agreed delivery time (i.e., as it was convenient for the courier, not the recipient), and no photos of the bouquet were sent to the customer before delivery.
The second time, the photos of the bouquet were not sent before delivery, but they were delivered at the agreed time.
In both cases, the bouquets were different from the Instagram photos. I would like to send a photo of the bouquet before delivery (as many other stores do). In addition, the issue of pricing is interesting. I asked about the cost of the bouquet (140 rubles) in advance for a couple of weeks, and by the day of delivery, its price had increased to 200 rubles.
