The prices are probably average Minsk, a pleasant atmosphere, without the pathos of the wild, but there is still some kind of Flair. Portions are on the verge of course, it is difficult to overeat, but the taste does not exceed modest portions.

The hostesses confused the booking time. They did not apologize, offering to wait at least 30 minutes, not even at the bar, but just in the wardrobe. No compensation was offered either... Plans for the day were disrupted.
Absolutely unacceptable behavior and incompetence.

I specially came to the institution to book a certain table for an important date on March 2. The receptionist circled the table in front of me on her form, indicating the date, time and my name. With a calm heart and full confidence that the table was ours, I drove to the restaurant. Entering the establishment, we had to wait for the hostess for 5 minutes, when they deigned to approach us, they told us to go to the wardrobe and they would take us to the table, which, by the way, was still free when we entered. After leaving the wardrobe, we did not find the hostess and waited for another 5 minutes. While we were waiting for her, our table was in front of our eyes, she gave it to a larger company, and another waiter came up to us and offered to sit at a different table. Our argument that we had booked a large round table did not work on them. There was an answer: "yes, you have booked, but we cannot provide it to you" and a brazen grin in your face. If your BOOKING SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK, then why declare it. I have never met such a boorish attitude of the administrators, the desire to be in this institution disappeared completely and we went on vacation to another place. The level of the interior does not hold up at all for the evening, the maximum that is suitable is breakfast. The only normal table, and that is not subject to reservation.

Atmospheric, but very little space and not comfortable enough tables, the three of us are already cramped. An ottoman instead of a chair is generally a separate kind of perversion for the back. The food is ordinary, the waiters are very nice.

I will definitely go again because there are still questions, but the aftertaste is more pleasant than the other way around. The sauce for the poke turned out to be strongly mayonnaise, lemonade was mixed up, but this is not critical because it was immediately replaced. The atmosphere was strange, it felt like we were sitting somewhere in the dining room, and the tables were super close, you were eavesdropping on other people's conversations, but again, this is the new Minsk fashion to place tables so close.

Today was the first time. We expected a Culture-level service, but, unfortunately, they don't come close. The service is exactly two. Mix up the name and time when booking and confirming. We are sitting in an institution, and the administrator calls us, where are we. The waiters don't talk about anything, they don't recommend something, they don't find out if everything is fine and what else we would like. Tables, sofas, chairs are uncomfortable. There is a lot of wind blowing from the door, but the staff does not pay attention to it. The food is delicious and that's it.
