terrible service! I made an order at 16:00. Despite the alleged free delivery, they asked to pay an additional 5 rubles for delivery to Novaya Borovaya. Okay, I paid for it. We communicated via telegram, you can restore the time up to a minute. The planned delivery time is from 17 to 19. Further from the service there is silence. At 18-30 I asked if it was delivered? – and in response, silence.. at 19 he asked – silence. At 19-34 I asked – ignore and silence. As you know, I wanted to make a surprise. And it turns out that I only made a surprise for myself. At 19 -56 (an hour has passed after the required delivery time) I decided to call the delivery service. – the answer is "yes, everything was delivered about 20 minutes ago. We didn't have time to inform you. I'm surprised that the girl is silent about this, but as it turned out, everything was delivered at that moment. Video surveillance thank God works in the house. I'm clarifying who is lying anyway. – and the answer is = and we have nothing to do with it, it snowed and the courier told us so. And what do you want anyway… The result of the review. A service that does not understand in principle what a service is, is engaged in lies and does not care about customers. I hope business owners will read why they will have one less customer.

08.08.2020 I needed a fresh and special bouquet. I called here half an hour before closing time. They listened to me carefully and promised to wait. The promise was kept. At the girl's place, the florists offered options according to my wishes. Everything is polite, professional and prompt, with responsible attention to detail and concern for the result. We stayed for 15 minutes after closing, but we did everything properly. I definitely recommend it! The birthday girl was delighted! special thanks to Veronica the florist and a low bow! =)

We ordered a bouquet of Lavender raf through the zakazcvetov website.by The bouquet for 130 rubles withered after a day. All the stems at the bottom almost rotted away in a day.it feels like the bouquet was brought already at the end of durability in a vase. All that was answered on the website was "an unpleasant situation, but after a day we can't pick up the bouquet." No attempts to find out what happened to the bouquet. For that kind of money, selling a bouquet that will wither almost immediately is not fair to customers. When I asked how long these flowers should stand in a vase, they replied that wildflowers usually cost less in time. So why make such bouquets out of such flowers?!
