After reading the reviews and beautiful photos on Instagram, I wanted to order a bouquet for my mom's birthday. I really liked the unusual performance, but at the same time stylish.
I sent a screenshot of 2 bouquets from the current one and clarified the possibility of assembling a repeat.
They said it would be a little different, but it is possible.
To summarize:
- the bouquet was collected in completely different shades without warning about it.
- We replaced several varieties of roses with chrysanthemums. When I asked if I could replace it, the answer was short: "there's not much to replace it with." But the cost did not change.
- When I took off the shipping paper at home, I saw some of the flowers were flaccid, which is very unpleasant.
- well, you need to be prepared that the bouquet in the photo is impressive in size (foreshortening), but in real life it is very modest.

The service leaves much to be desired. I ordered a bouquet online. I asked several times to attach a postcard with the text (the text is mine). She also asked me to send a photo of the finished bouquet. If a photo of the bouquet was sent, after my repeated reminder! then the postcard was attached to the bouquet without text. Although I reminded them and asked them not to forget, they said, "Okay." And after my dissatisfaction, they also gave me advice, a quote from a girl who communicated with me: "Since it happened, call your grandmother and say these words personally." Behind the attractive picture on Instagram, there is complete ignorance about their customers. Improve the service!

The service is just great! We collected a gorgeous bouquet that made the girl smile 24/7. Before sending, they threw off a photo of the bouquet, the photo corresponded to reality. Prices don't bite.
