We stayed in the apartment in early September 2024. Of the fat advantages: 1. Location - walking distance to everything (beach, shops, promenade, market). 2. Located on a small non-drivable street far from large parties and discos - quiet. 3. The territory is small, but with a beautiful garden, which is carefully tended by the owners. There are many flowers, fruit trees, including pomegranate, lime and avocado.
What can and should be improved: 1. Put an air conditioner in each bedroom. 2. Upgrade household appliances, especially electric stoves. Cooking on them is a separate quest). 3. Improve the operation of the Wi-Fi system. I slept normally only in one room without air conditioning. 4. Mattresses.
In general, I can recommend the complex. but on vacation, I want to forget about everyday issues! I hope the owners will take this into account.

We rested in the apartment for a week and a half in September 2023. According to the reviews of their predecessors, they knew that the interiors are not new, but the existing shortcomings are outweighed by the magnificent location and undeniable advantages: a quiet street, 5 minutes of leisurely walk from the sea and streets with shops and cafes, everything is at hand.
There are several Mediterranean-style villas on the plot, with balconies and terraces. Each apartment is an entire floor of a two-storey building. We lived on the ground floor. Since the sound insulation is good, we have almost never heard of or seen residents on the second floor. The area is very green, all planted with flowering and climbing tropical plants, palm trees and figs. In the middle of the plot there is a swimming pool and sun beds, in the morning it is nice to refresh yourself before breakfast if you are too lazy to go to the sea)). As already mentioned in the reviews, the apartment has one air conditioner and it is located in the living room. If you do not close the bedroom doors, then there is enough coolness for all rooms. Do not forget to close the windows and doors when using the air conditioner)).
We needed a spacious two-bedroom apartment, as close to the sea as possible and for reasonable money. After reviewing all the options in Kemer, we came to the conclusion that Flower Villa is suitable for us.
If a new renovation and an ultra-modern design are important to you, perhaps you are not here. And if you want peace and comfort in a green corner in the center of Kemer, two steps from the beach - velkam, the owners are very friendly, treat you with a pie and help with household matters - change money, buy drinking water, take you to the airport.
Please note that the apartments do not provide "consumables" such as toilet paper and detergents for washing yourself and dishes, you will need to buy them yourself.
There was a hair dryer and an iron with ironing board in our room. The linen was changed in a day or two, they asked
don't change it so often, they changed it anyway))). Cleaning on request when you need it. We managed on our own.
