Disrespectful to my request to collect a bouquet
She said that she could only make a bouquet of chrysanthemums out of 10 pieces , or she could get one . There were 9
But 11 pieces are not allowed ...
please explain to me why this is not allowed.
She replied, "that it's too small to understand."

chrysanthemums were sold gnawed, there are no petals on half, the next day they just wilted :) the stems were cut immediately, the water was changed once. I'm sorry, but this is the first time I've had a bouquet stand for less than a day (especially chrysanthemums). They did not buy in the euroopt itself, but in a store with a purple sign that is present in the photo

The florist is incompetent in his work! She asked me to collect a bouquet. I was refused, told to choose from what was on display. There were flowers in the window that were obviously not the first freshness. The florist was rude and clucked, there is no relationship with the buyer at all!
