I didn't like the service. I was passing through, I had to stop by to replace the hub. To be fair, they had a hard time removing the hub. But during the repair, they broke the ABS sensor and did not identify it themselves.
Additionally, the outdoor temperature sensor was broken. After starting the engine, it shows the temperature for a few minutes and turns off. Because of this, the climate control does not regulate the temperature of the cabin well. I returned and waited two times, and both times I couldn't fix the damage.
They also broke the front parking sensors.
There are no words…So I had to go to St. Petersburg for repairs after repairs in Atlanta.

I changed my shoes for a couple of seasons in an Atlant-M Ford, where I also took seasonal storage. As a responsible driver, she named the tire pressure and, of course, handed over the bolts for casting.
The stamping was changed for casting, but the bolts were somehow screwed in from the stamping (much shorter than needed for casting). Accordingly, it is an emergency, life-threatening. I live outside the city, I drive on the highway.
The managers couldn't solve my question for a long time, they threw it at each other. As a result, the head "I admit guilt, the guilty will be punished," they were ready to offer me an apology... Free car wash!
Risking my life , I won a car wash for myself 😐
Ford doesn't set foot in Atlanta anymore. The price tag is high, but the quality is....

Hello, we are clients of Atlant M (Smolensk branch, Russia) since 2008, bought Ford fusion in the salon, passed all THAT. In 2019, we decided to change the car to a Ford Ecosport automatic, 3-cylinder Dragon engine, in the same cabin. In June 2023, 80.0 thousand km were passed. A check popped out - gas distribution in the engine. In our city, they somehow made a diagnosis, because Ford left the market and, of course, there are no programs for these models... In short, the timing is about to collapse and it is necessary to open the engine, and no one worked with it, even the former mechanic of our salon Atlant M, and the supply of spare parts to the engine. about 6 months. We contacted Atlant M Service Ford in Minsk. Manager Kirill Dubanevich recorded the diagnosis and autopsy of the engine, followed by an analysis of the order of spare parts and the execution of work. It turned out that in addition to the timing, the couplings rattled, everything was filled with oil... In short, we left the car in the salon, paid an advance on the invoice, and after a month the details came (and we have 6 months, and there are no guarantees)... Kirill kept us constantly in touch on engine disassembly, spare parts, and final sea trials. The team of Atlant M masters did their job PERFECTLY!!! We arrived, signed the act of acceptance of works, where the warranty for the work performed and original spare parts is indicated. We walked 400 km to the house. there are no complaints. 01.10.2023 drove to Pskov (1000.0 km.) the flight is normal.
