We got into the Ford Service Center by accident, we were traveling in transit from Bulgaria to Russia. On the way through Kiev, the car broke down. On the Internet, I found the Ford service on the small ring road , 4b, according to positive reviews.The service staff understood my situation and agreed to take me off the record, despite the fact that it was Saturday (August 28) afternoon.
We (4 children with me) were taken to the service by a tow truck at 16 o'clock. The service is open until 18:00. The diagnostics indicated the gearbox.
I was offered 1 option: to stay until Monday to find out in detail the details of the breakdown and the possibility ( impossibility ) of repairing the box.
Option 2: urgently find a replacement gearbox.
Of course, I did not hesitate to choose the second option, since I had children with me, 4 schoolchildren. We planned to come home on August 29, if not for the breakdown. I had to get ready for school.
A replacement box was found, and at that time we were in a beautiful waiting room with a large comfortable leather sofa, air conditioning, TV, coffee machine with natural coffee! And tea . There was also a monitor on which we saw how our car was being repaired.
Maxim, the head of the service, and his staff agreed to stay at work after the end of the working day, as they understood our situation and turned out to be not just specialists in their field, but also good People (it was not by chance that I wrote with a capital letter).
But the delivered box did not fit! Since the configuration of the Russian Fords was different. But despite this, Maxim stubbornly searched for the right box and found it by 21:00!
During the Replacement of the box, other minor breakdowns were discovered, which were also eliminated. And a list of recommendations has been issued for what to fix upon arrival.
Maxim was not only able to organize his employees for an unscheduled night shift on the night from Saturday to Sunday, but also took care of us. He brought 2 large pizzas and Juices to the waiting room for us. The children were happy.Moreover, the Internet in the recreation room was just "flying". I slept on a comfortable couch.
By 4:00 in the morning!! The car was ready, and we set off. The house was 1000 km away. We arrived at night, the car was in order.
In the morning we received a message asking how we got there, which simply characterizes this service beyond all praise.
I rate this service 10 out of 5, because I work with people myself. They are not only professionals in their field, but also wonderful people. I wish them prosperity! I have never encountered such service anywhere!
