After that, upon careful inspection and comparison of the working qualities of the two clamps, I found a breakage in one clamp (the plastic eye near the attachment was broken off). I asked to approve the return of the product. I was refused. I consider the actions of your employees illegal. My feedback about your store is the most negative.
The managers of your store treat customers with disdain.
I do not recommend others to buy the product in your store.

You can buy a hammer and a wrench! But what you need will definitely not happen. The codes on most of the tool have already faded, you can make a mistake. They don't work with forsage, as I understand it, and repair kits and you probably won't find any separate item from the kit.
Taking orders on the third floor, if you are like me for the first time, then searching for an entrance is a little annoying. Intuitively, it doesn't help a damn thing. It's the same story with the warehouse. Go there without knowing where and they will also send you further for some kind of tool. At least some signs have been hung up.
The staff in the office is very stuffy and tired of this and the same sluggish and through-the-fingers interaction with customers.
It was the first and last time. And again! the consultants are responsive, friendly, but they have a good and reliable whole tool, although you know that this is exactly what the crap is full of, but that's what the consultant is for. In short, 9 circles of hell.
