- a relatively new business center in the area
- good infrastructure around the office: canteens, tram and you can walk to the Academy of Sciences metro station
- not the biggest rental price
Minuses:
- it takes about 20-25 minutes on foot to get to the nearest metro station or you need to take the tram.
- BC is completely no frills, that is, only the most necessary and nothing more than that
- parking nearby is almost always packed on weekdays
- traffic police are often on duty nearby and catch people who cross the road at an unspecified location or exceed the speed limit

Well, IT guys are inside, they look nice. There are no homeless people at the entrance. There is a nice cafe with delicious coffee and ready-made good food. There are three elevators, one of them is a freight elevator. I bought an iPad. Proof with a photo.

The location is beautiful on the canal bank, but the view is beautiful only on one side, the second is a view of the tram park. It is very far from the metro stops. Offices are cold. There is very little place where you can have lunch, mostly you need to take with you or order.

The location is good, the views are beautiful. You can get up to the parking lot normally at 8 am.
There is no ventilation, the windows are blown in cold weather. As a result, in winter it is cold and blowing, and in summer it is stuffy even with a shower. It's stuffy in winter too, because you keep warm, and as a result, the air is musty. Windows open for maximum ventilation (one window). Periodically we hear the neighbors downstairs rattling windows and doors. It's scary, as if we're going to fall down.
P.S. at least you would wash the windows and not deprive people of a little joy - photos of sunrises.
