Good evening, dear people, do not come to this studio to be photographed, you will waste your time, money and nerves with the director!The previous employee who worked was much better, friendlier and took high-quality photos!I'm telling my story, which happened to my husband and me today 05.04.2025. We came to the studio at 40 Rotmistrova to take a passport photo for my husband, the director took one picture and that's it, he said it was fine, showed us the photo in the camera in the distance, did not even bring his face closer, told us to pay the money immediately for the photos and come for the photo in 1 an hour, an hour later, we come to pick up the photos, and they were taken just disgustingly, the chin is black, there are black eyes in the corners, and this passport photo was taken!!!We asked him to retouch the photos that we were not satisfied with, but the director said that he would not retouch for 5 rubles, he said it would cost 20 rubles, in this case we politely asked for a refund for the photos that we were not satisfied with, but the director categorically refused to give us the money or retouch for 5 rubles!!!In that case, we asked for a complaint book, which the director gave us, we don't have that available!!!Later, we asked for a paper receipt for the photos taken, to which I can give you the answer on the phone!!!That is, there is no complaint book or cash register in this organization!!!The receipt was just photographed on the phone by us, he didn't even deign to send the electronic receipt to our mail!!!I'm just terrified of this organization!!!The director spoke very rudely and impudently to us, did not even go to meet us in this situation!!!We just tore our nerves, I don't want anyone to get in and go to this photo studio!!!!The lights are terrible, the pictures are just disgusting!!!Take your time and really visit the experts in your field!!!

Disgusting service. A boorish, unprofessional employee. I do not recommend contacting you . He takes the money in advance, but does not issue a check or receipt. I completely agree with Diana K.'s review, the same situation.They take money, take low-quality photos, and then pay 20 rubles for the correction!!! For photos for documents, I advise you to contact the Octopus photo center, located on the back of the Belpost on the second floor, where the service is better and the prices are lower.

Everything is fine! The photographer is very polite and pleasant in communication. I immediately discussed what needs to be edited in the photo and VOILA, the photo is ready! Now it's not a shame to show your passport :D
