We were asked to take a photo without processing and cropping on a flash drive - as a result, we received photos with a terribly cut background and green cards adjusted to the standard, which we did not ask for. And the cost of one electronic photo without the cost of paper and paint is 12 rubles, isn't it fat? I don't want to write anything about "friendliness" at all.
