I came to print a large-format sheet, they said the waiting time is 40 minutes, but in an hour the studio (if you can call it that) will go on a technical break. I'll be there in 40 minutes, and we decided to postpone the break 20 minutes earlier. Conclusion: they leave the workplace whenever they want , without a schedule . Support has confirmed the break and is not going to do anything about it.
