The bank and the system are terrible, their program is constantly not working, and the support service only says "wait, wait", and the issue is not resolved. I specifically went to the bank to sort out their program, but there was no qualified specialist there who would understand how their system works. As a result, I had to contact another bank, which solved the problem in half an hour. In general, this is the worst bank!
