Clean and comfy

I travel a lot. Such purity is rarely found. Everything is fine. Clean, the staff is polite, they communicate freely in Russian. There is only a microwave and bathrobes, but these are small things, which is probably why the price is low. I really liked the hotel.

Nice hotel, in a residential area.

Not a bad hotel.
Among the advantages - clean, friendly reception, good view from the Windows. It is relatively warm even in sub-zero temperatures due to underfloor heating. There is an air conditioner. There is hot water in the shower, good water pressure even on the top floor.
There is a kettle in the room, black tea, green tea, sugar. It should also be noted that there is a normal wifi.
Among the disadvantages - the hotel does not have an elevator, there are no coolers on the floors and you need to go from 4 floors to 1 to the reception for water. It was not possible to order breakfast for several days in a row, because "he is not here today", without explaining the reasons. There is not a very pleasant smell in the bathroom, apparently there is a problem with the sewerage. There is no tulle on the windows, only thick curtains that constantly fly off the rails. There are no covers on the beds, only bed linen. And there is no closet in the room at all, there is nowhere to store clothes.
Overall, the impression is rather favorable, but there is still something to work on.

Some rooms have a very beautiful view) convenient location, most importantly clean and odorless. Of the disadvantages, I will highlight that it is not very convenient to climb the steep stairs to the 3rd-4th floor all the time. Breakfast is paid separately on request.

Convenient location, great view from the corner room, friendly staff.In general, the room is cozy, but there is no corridor and a wardrobe in the room, shoes are probably meant to be left behind the doors, each room has a fairly large space, which would be better to make a corridor.The TV is working, the refrigerator has a kettle, iron,tea and sugar, downstairs there is a dining room where you can take dishes and order breakfast.And it is very important that the hotel has a laundry room, they wash it and, if necessary, iron it.But even if everything is thrown into one drum, the washing of EACH item is 10,000, and the ironing is 5,000.It's a good place.Thanks)

The staff is polite, the service is decent. The rooms are clean, all amenities are as stated. Very good sound insulation, we didn't hear the neighbors at all. Breakfast is not provided. The rooms, of course, could have been bigger. The location is not bad, the metro is about 15 minutes on foot. There are a lot of buses. There are many cafes with national and European cuisine.

To check into the hotel, I had to call for 15 minutes in order to wake up the employee. There is no elevator, a very steep staircase with slippery steps. There is an unpleasant smell in the room. Draining the shower does not work, as does switching from the faucet to the shower. The location is not very good. The metro is 20 minutes away on foot

It was one of the most affordable hotels for a business trip with a bathroom in the room and breakfast.
I liked the fact that the hotel is family-run, you can try to negotiate everything. Due to the current situation and opportunities, the staff will try to please you. They rub, vacuum and wash everywhere, the common areas of the hotel and the rooms are clean, there are no questions about cleaning and changing clothes, my thanks.
There is a tea set in the rooms, but in the kitchen (on the ground floor) you can sit in the evening or in the afternoon and brew tea, instant coffee - dishes, tea leaves and a cooler with water for free use. Although the mattress is hard, it is comfortable to sleep.
The freshest tortillas for breakfast straight from the tandoor - (they bake opposite)
Personally, I didn't like it:
since the hotel is an extension to the house for commercial use, there was a feeling of some tightness, a room of about 9 sq.m.,
There is no wardrobe, just a few hangers and a la section from the hallway with hooks
Everything in the bathroom is very, very compact - a small shower cabin, and sitting on the toilet you rest your shoulder against the wall of the shower. There are only two small disposable shampoo bottles, which is clearly not enough even for one guest.
An intrusive smell from the toilet, if you turn off the fan in the bathroom - hood, then the smell gradually begins to creep into the room.
Maybe it really was a coincidence and the payment terminal was broken, but I was persistently asked to withdraw cash in local currency and bring it to pay for my stay (although they issued a fiscal receipt and an invoice with seals), while there was a withdrawal limit at the ATM and I had to pay a commission for withdrawing cash until I "got tired" of the right amount in the local currency.
The absence of Wi-FI, the attendant himself connects you to some kind of secret network, which is not available in the output of available networks. at the same time, it does not connect on all phones, and if it does, then in different parts of the hotel and even the rooms - the reception is different, it falls off all the time, for business travelers - this is a very important factor!
The room is stuffy, I tried to turn on the air conditioner - it rattles a lot, the window was slightly open at night, but we were in early April and it was really hot and stuffy during the day.
