We were passing through Aktobe and visited Freedom Bank.
Positive :
A beautiful noticeable building,
There are practically no queues!
Fast customer service!
Minuses:
Not a convenient, intuitive access to the Bank!
The staff orients the client to self-knowledge and familiarization with instructions on various issues. (I would like to have more loyalty as a customer!)

I didn't get to know the pros. A hanging application. The card was issued immediately, but it has not been possible to activate it so far, despite the help of all the bank's specialists. When we complained to our Kazakh reputable friends , we were told: "The bank is young and raw. Why did you go there at all?"

Everything is great at the entrance, the girl helps and directs which ticket to take! The bank staff are very polite and do their job well!
