I rented an MG-3 car. Everything is fine, only positive emotions remain. The car was provided and accepted upon return quickly, without hidden fees and other nuances. The manager is Russian-speaking, explained everything and showed it. Of the disadvantages, you can only indicate the remoteness of the car pickup point from the nearest metro station "Onpassiv" and the difficulty of catching a taxi (everyone is busy with passengers), although perhaps these difficulties concerned only me (the day off and the Karim program did not want to be installed), however, the guys waited, although I arrived significantly late from the appointed time. Respect, I definitely recommend it, especially for those who do not know English very well.

I was very satisfied, I rented a Mini Countryman - a cheerful, wind-up car outside and comfortable inside - comfortable seats, plenty of space. The car is in excellent condition! I was pleased with the projection display and cruise control.
In general, excellent service, everything is fast, understandable, the manager explained the basic rules of behavior on the road) The wide possibilities of paying rent were a big plus.

We took a car in Dubai in October 2024 for 7 days. The Mitsubishi ASX car of 2024, clean, almost trouble-free. We asked for car delivery and change from the hotel. Everything was clear, minute by minute, external inspection, the car was clean, the Russian-speaking manager (which is important for those who speak English poorly) explained the main provisions of the agreement, the main features of driving in the emirates, speed limits, toll roads, fines, gas stations and car washes. since it was the first time we rented a car in general, all these preparatory and familiarization procedures were most welcome. I really liked the rent without making a deposit, it's convenient, you don't have to wait later, if anything, expect a month of its return. There are also very comfortable payment terms - on the spot in dirhams or US dollars. When handing over the car online, they checked the toll roads, we had one once, 5 dirhams, they immediately paid. In general, we were very satisfied with everything - the company, the car, the whole process. I rarely write such positive reviews, but in this case it's really like that! I definitely recommend it! In a year's time, we plan to use the rental car in this company again.
