There is an excellent complex of baths and saunas in Freestyle skiing. I especially like that there are aromatic oils in the spa area. The slides are also good, there are simple ones, and there are quite scary ones. It's always nice to visit here, I feel rested after visiting) It will also be quite comfortable with children here. Of the cons: showers, where you constantly click on the panel to make the water flow (there are a lot of places and I understand why). They also have problems with the food area on the ground floor. I won't even tell you which ones. The workers have been warned about this and, hopefully, will solve this problem so that the water park becomes even better)

A great place to stay with your family. It was a day off. Service on the level, there were a lot of empty lockers, small queues on the slide. I was especially pleased with the sauna complex. There are a variety of different saunas, and there is an ice font near the Finnish sauna and the Russian bath. We visited the water park with my son in February. There were tickets for both swimming pools with slides and Baths. We got a discount in honor of the birthday. In general, everything is well equipped. There is a wardrobe where you can leave outerwear and shoes. Locker rooms with storage rooms (when we came to change clothes after the water park, the key was locked and the locker would not open. But the staff quickly helped. But take into account the time for unforeseen situations so that you don't have to pay extra later. In total, 30 minutes was enough for us to shower, solve the locker issue, dry, change clothes and hand over the keys at the checkout). The child was delighted with the water slides. The kid's area is very interesting, shallow, with slides, water cannons, and a fantanche. There is a separate warm Jacuzzi for mothers with babies (although men and quite adult aunts often climb there). Adults can swim a lot, bask in the baths (the hammam was especially popular), there is a Jacuzzi with warm water, massage pools with jets. The baths are equipped with showers, although not all were functioning normally. There are a lot of sun beds, but they are quickly occupied on weekends. About 30 minutes after the opening. There are several small cafes where you can buy drinks (water, juices, tea, coffee, beer). Also snacks: combinations of French fries with burgers mostly. We waited for 12-15 minutes to prepare the food. You can make an order in advance and arrive on time. We took 4 hours and it was enough for us. If you go on a weekend closer to lunch, be prepared for a large number of people. And it's already becoming uncomfortable: crowded baths, swimming pools. There must be some kind of quantity limit. So as not to be like herrings in a jar. The staff at the water park itself is very polite, they will always order and help. But in the cafe, let's say the sellers are tired and a little annoyed. You pay for food and drinks with a chip, then you pay for everything at the checkout when you hand over the bracelets. There are enough electronic terminals on the territory of the water park to keep track of your time. Definitely we will come again. A great place for a family vacation.

On January 19, 2025 , the entrance to the outdoor swimming pool was opened for free on Epiphany , and tents were set up where you can change clothes .There was free hot tea in the tent and it was possible to warm up after swimming in the outdoor pool in the fresh air, near the gas fire .I really liked how it was done with a warm attitude towards people and provided for everything. We even looked out for the safety of people who were swimming in the pool. Many thanks to the management for the opportunity.This was our first time here .I would like to walk for free at least once a month, so that this opportunity would appear for people to improve their health.Especially for pensioners and disabled people who do not have the opportunity to walk for a fee or can only afford to walk once a month. We will come again , but for a fee .

We visited the water park on 07.01.2025. Let's start with the cons: there are no safes for storing valuables. That is, I can only leave my things in the stall and that's it. And if something happens, the administration is not responsible. According to the menu in the cafe: well, not much. My 7-year-old daughter couldn't choose anything ((I ate a pancake and tea. There is no pizza, no French fries separately. I would advise you to finalize this issue. And now to the BIG advantages: I REALLY liked the water park. The polite staff, of whom there are many in the park, constantly asked them questions. My daughter could ride all the slides except one (the "toilet bowl", she has been swimming since she was 10 years old and needs to be able to swim well, the depth at the entrance to the water is 2.5 m). The slides are cool, we were there from 18.30 to 21.30 and by 20.00 there were practically no people. Plus, there is a large number of hot water Jacuzzis on the territory of the water park, that's cool - you can always drive a child to warm up. Cool sauna complex. There are many baths, a Jacuzzi with hot water, a pool with green water))) I definitely RECOMMEND IT!

For me, the only negative is a cold shower!!! And I also remembered... The water park is supposedly open until 22 hours, but from 21 they already remind you that you need to have time to hand over the bracelets by 22. If you are with children, then at 21 you already need to go to wash, dry and get dressed. I consider it a deception that the work schedule is until 22, really until 21:00.

I liked the place, but there are a couple of nuances. 1. Why is one slide (which is like a springboard) not working / last time I visited in February 2024, and it didn't work either/ 2. Why artificially create queues for a slide or a flying saucer (toilet bowl) by taking temporary breaks? Not only is the operating mode not strictly observed, but also at the moments when the slide starts, a queue forms because people want to get there. 3. Are many water supply points (in particular in Jacuzzis/pools) not working, are there many waterfalls, are the water rails broken or are they simply not turned on? 4. I would like to note the courtesy of the staff at the reception, in the cloakroom, on the part of the rescuers and instructors. BUT at the exit (07.01.2025 at about 5 pm), there was a very rude and not polite woman who, for no reason at all, began to rudely yell at me that they were handing over the bracelets first, and then they were going to the exit. It's like I've only been here once, how would I know if there's no big sign indicating. PS In February 2024, the cafe included a product that was not purchased. It's good that we figured it out in time. I've read the latest reviews from 2025, and I see that the situation hasn't changed.

Rusty, non-working slides from which water flows into the pool, black stairs - this is the floor of trouble... That's the main thing. The company was big, we ordered a lot of food, we sat, we ate, and we looked at a cockroach running past.... Let's go to the bathroom - another cockroach is running from one stall to another. We went to warm up in the "infrared sauna"- two cockroaches decided to make a company. On the way out in the locker room, a familiar guest appeared again. It's just a nightmare, honestly.

And you know, I had to go through this quest. On the website and in the insta, everything is beautifully painted what it costs, only it does not indicate that you cannot purchase a VIP zone without the service of an aquazone. And it turns out like this. The minimum stay in the aquazone is 3 hours, although the VIP zone is charged by the hour. And it turns out for three hours of the VIP zone with all payments for 2 adults and two children under 3 years old (insurance for small ones) amounted to 270 rubles. There are no privileges or advantages. There is a service for ordering online food from the bar using a Qr code, but it does not work. They don't say this at the checkout or don't know it. And the cash register is a separate story. The staff themselves do not really know how to calculate the time of stay correctly. They counted for 20 minutes. So, the VIP zone is purely for the amateur.

I was disappointed to visit the aqua zone, as I faced a serious problem that completely ruined the impression of my vacation. When I got there, I was shocked that there were cockroaches in the infographic rooms and the sauna area! And there's a terrible smell coming from the breezy showers! Such an attitude towards cleanliness and hygiene is simply unacceptable, especially in a place where people come for recreation and entertainment. The presence of cockroaches in such an environment indicates complete irresponsibility on the part of managers who do not care about the health and comfort of visitors. I don't expect the aqua zone to be perfect, but the basic conditions of cleanliness and safety must be respected. Unfortunately, due to this incident, I will not be able to recommend this water park to my friends and, most likely, I will not return here again. I hope that the management will take action and fix this serious problem in the future so that other visitors do not encounter a similar situation.

I was upset by the bar near the saunas, where only ONE girl worked, who showed her dissatisfaction and fatigue with her whole appearance (which is not surprising on Saturday evening).
