Never a customer-oriented store.
We were in the store on the evening of August 18, flowers from balloons were sold at the entrance to the store, the child really wanted a yellow-blue flower, balls of this color were available, but the dissatisfied consultant refused to make us a flower of this color, saying that she had nothing else to do, choose from what is there... As a result, the upset child went to look for balloons in another place, but they could have made the child happy without much effort... We don't go to this store anymore and I don't recommend it to others.

I recently visited a toy store and was pleasantly surprised by the wide range of products. I found here everything I need for my child's entertainment and development. The price was also very reasonable, which made the purchase even more enjoyable.

Recently, it was necessary to find a gift for a child, one of the consultant girls immediately offered help. After several clarifying questions, she took me on a mini-tour of interesting toys, telling me about them. Yes, telling me so much that I wanted to buy almost everything for myself 😂
The store itself is neat, a large selection of toys, all employees are very polite and friendly. Keep it up !

I bought a car as a gift - amazing service: they came up, showed everything and told me about everything, put in batteries, checked their performance - I have never met such good service. And we were also pleased with the prices, literally the same cars in the children's department of green are about 30% more expensive.
