It so happened that I had to order glasses for the child, there is an optician right next to the house. We came to find out the prices, and of course to pick up glasses, the young staff, very friendly, who were able to help us in our price range and vision parameters. Thanks to the girls, and to this optics, we were very satisfied, because nowadays not everyone can explain it so clearly and clearly, especially since the prices are high nowadays, but they were able to please us!!!! Thank you for your understanding!

We ordered glasses with frames, assured of 100% quality. But.. The glasses were worn for 6 months and the shackle broke in my hands. No one sat on the glasses, did not throw them, and even they themselves did not fall. Although they assured me that even if you suddenly do not notice and sit on them, nothing will happen to the frame! We applied for repairs and ... There are no details for this frame! Super! 200 rubles for garbage. Expensive and not reliable!

I made an order in this optics for lens replacement on 04/21/2023, paid for the order 100%, twice specifying that on 30.04 I was going on a business trip and needed glasses. They promised that on 26-27.04 the order will definitely be ready and they will definitely call me. No one called me and I came to the optics on 27.04. They promised again that on 29.04 the glasses would be exactly ready and they would definitely call me. No one called back and I had to order 30.04 glasses in another optics, where they were made for me in 40 minutes. As a result, the order was ready only on 03.05, when I was already on a business trip. I highly do not recommend this optics!!! There is absolutely no attitude towards customers!!! I wanted to refund the money for the order, but I felt sorry for the girl, because I understood that this money would be deducted from her salary, and then another employee took the order from me. I ask the company's management to pay attention to this case!!!

Very expensive. We wanted to order glasses for the child, we counted 200 rubles, went to another one with exactly the same frame and exactly the same lenses cost 100 rubles.Twice as cheap!There are no discounts. They said that they decided to remove the discounts so as not to raise the price.
