I recently bought glasses here for a total of almost 400 rubles (a new frame and lenses). In general, I am satisfied with the service and the speed of work, but there are nuances.
Firstly, the final receipt included the amount of the master's work - 20p, which has not been mentioned or mentioned anywhere before.
Secondly, we asked many times if the ordered computer lenses would be in glasses, Blue Blocker, without any yellowness, and both the girl on the common phone and the optometrist in the store itself convinced us that these lenses would be completely transparent, no yellowness, "like water". To our question in the store about the presented lens samples, why the Blue Blocker lens on their stand with samples turns yellow, we were shown ready-made glasses and glasses in the window, saying that they would be completely transparent and even a little blue. The result is just a yellow lens. This is very striking both when you look at the face, and I can see for myself that everything turns yellow when you look at objects. That's what we were afraid of, because we didn't want there to be color distortion for daily constant wear. If we knew how it would actually be, we would consider various other options. We chose this optics precisely after the girl's assurance on the phone that there would be no yellowness. So we could go to Cinderella or any other optics and buy a good French lens, only several times cheaper, and not for almost 300 rubles for both lenses.
In addition, the frame handed over to us turned out to be scratched, two chips are visible at the ends of the shackles - on one shackle and on the other, very sharp edges turned out that scratch the face and clothes (hats, scarves). I didn't pay attention to this moment when I took it away, I felt something, but I didn't pay attention. I saw it only an hour later, when I almost tore my hat, but the workshop had closed by that time, and I already had to leave for a long business trip. A day after the purchase, my girlfriend, taking the glasses, scratched her hand. Therefore, I had to sand the edges myself at least a little so that nothing else would be damaged.

For a long time there was a problem with wearing lenses. Constantly something was in the way, it cut, I couldn't put it on the first time because it wasn't convenient. My eyes and later my head often started to hurt😢 But, my problem was solved by the consultant Solyanik Yana. I examined it carefully and it turned out that there was a problem with the selection of lenses. Many opticians could not help me, they said that my eyes were not used to lenses and much more.
