An interesting museum to visit if you want to learn about alternative sources of energy. The globe architecture of the building is also fascinating.

It is very interesting inside, each floor is like a separate exposition dedicated to one topic (energy of water, wind, biomass, etc.). Everything is fine here, except for the ventilation system (air supply, air conditioning). It's hard to breathe inside the building.
When we left the Expo Center, it was raining outside. Moving towards the parking lot, we walked along the paving slabs, which wobbled under our feet, and water splashed out from under it. It's incredible to put so much effort and resources into an idea, a structure and not make a normal, sufficient air supply inside and a stable pavement outside...
A separate note to the Virtual Reality booth. 1. It is absolutely impossible to breathe there. 2. Viewers should have a choice and the opportunity to reject what the staff
put on as a video.
We sat down and asked for a video with the sea, the sandy shore, to relax. We were turned on about dinosaurs that attacked us and tore us to pieces. Of course, an employee would have been called in a minute, but there was no one nearby. That is, they turned on the video and everyone went about their business. And if someone gets sick on this attraction, where are all the employees? It is dangerous to leave the platform on your own during the session. Don't do that. The staff are young guys, totally irresponsible.

I really liked the museum!! 8 floors, it was interesting everywhere. And also, according to the fan, they took photos in all the photo zones on each floor)) it is better to arrive early and put at least 3-4 hours for the entire inspection. Easy Travel has a free audio tour - that's what we listened to. The only thing is, not everything worked and the show was announced at 16:00, but it started only after I called the reception, apparently they forgot

I really liked it. It was interesting, everything was well designed, convenient, understandable, there is a place to relax. My daughter is delighted. I would like to have a bigger cafe, otherwise a cup of coffee and a snack are questionable, but I want to walk slowly and carefully through all 7 floors, and it takes more than one hour.

The museum was built for the Expo 2017 exhibition, consists of 8 floors, each thematic, 8th floor Astana in the future and further energy of air, water, space, etc. It is very interesting and informative, I liked the 8th floor and the glass bridge, as well as the space floor, you can have a snack and drink coffee in the cafe. The entrance ticket is 1500 tenge.

It's interesting 🤔 each floor is stylized with some kind of theme, in the evening the ball lights turn on from the outside and the interior is beautiful from this backlight. We came from St. Petersburg, and we often visit museums and exhibitions. I liked the ball in general
On the downside, it was very stuffy in the building in winter, or the ventilation was turned off, I'm afraid to imagine how hot and stuffy it is in summer.

To be honest, I didn't really understand this museum
Everything is very beautiful, everything is built and thought out cool, but not interesting. There are few explanatory signs, and if there are any, they are written in a boring way
As a place for beautiful photos - fire
As a place to discover something new - not at all

Nur Alem is just space! There are so many interesting things inside about the energy of the future, our planet. I didn't even imagine this! I was particularly impressed by the architecture of this sphere building. It was like being in a movie about the future. There are so many interactive exhibits inside, I want to touch and try everything. I advise everyone to visit this museum if you are in Astana. You won't regret it!
It is a pity that part of the exhibition was closed for restoration. But on the other hand, on my next visit to this amazing museum, I will see a lot of new and interesting things!

The museum of the cohort is impossible not to visit (if fate has brought it to Astana). An hour and a half or two will fly by unnoticed, although if thoroughly, then half a day will not be enough. And to broaden one's horizons, and to saturate the body with adrenaline (the glass floor on the upper level is almost like in Dubai skyscrapers).
Although something puzzled me. A huge stand dedicated to the ISS. Beginning: NASA began building the ISS on Reagan's orders... that's it, they sailed. Why was the ISS named, I ask. It was necessary for the ACS, the American space... Actually, two countries agreed to create it (guess which one besides the United States). Hint: the name of this station was coined by Viktor Chernomyrdin and Albert Gore, and only later other countries joined the project…
And the museum is generally decent. Created with love and imagination, there are many cool shows for children: "flying matter" is worth it. Only it is better to come to it at least a little well-read, intellectually prepared.

First of all, it's beautiful. It was in the evening, when the sun set, and the museum itself and the buildings around it were illuminated. In my opinion, the panorama of evening Astana opening from the museum looks much better than the daytime one. There is something to see both in the "quick run" and in the detailed inspection. Both adults and, especially, children will like it. There is a lot of interactivity.

A cool museum, very unusual!
The higher the floor, the steeper it is.
There are places where you can have a snack next to everything.
Anyway, you will spend 1.5-2 hours there at least to go down from the 8th to the 1st floor.
Cool 👍

A fantastic place. It was as if he really was in the future.
Starting with the view from the outside, I was already impressed.
It's beautiful, unusual.
Inside, it's just an exciting journey.
The way the space is organized, the way the expositions are formed, the view, the design, the sound and video accompaniment, the content in the end.
Little because it is interesting for an adult, so you need to come here with children.
This is a visual demonstration of specialized sciences, it is a fascinating visualization of mathematics, physics, chemistry, aerodynamics ...
It is better to plan a separate day for inspection.
I would love to go again, on occasion.
Awesome Five points.

If you are one of those tourists who likes to think and read carefully, then I advise you to set aside 5-6 hours to immerse yourself in the history and exhibits of the museum. Because the museum has 8 floors and each with its own theme.
Somewhere just to stare, somewhere to poke. I will mention my favorites in this museum:
👉The power of the wind. Where fans with different air flow strengths are built into the wall.
👉 Flying fabric. Zalipalovo, where you watch a cloth fly from the air stream)
Energy quest. Where you need to have time to jump on the squares in the floor by color (something like Just Dance)
And, of course, the architecture of the building itself is awesome.
,Layout of Astana. It contains the top attractions of the city.
Glass beads, multiple storeys and all sorts of twists!

It's not a bad museum, but there are many things that could be improved. It can be seen that the object was built on a large scale, but at the moment there are already many shortcomings: destroyed tiles in the halls, some exhibits and objects do not work… Somehow they do not correspond to the status of the metropolitan museum. The expositions and themes are interesting, but somehow everything is banal. I wish you to keep the heritage of Astana in good condition and meet the status of a new good metropolitan museum!

They are rude at the entrance, you show the student ID, they stare at it, they reject it with the words "that's it, goodbye." What kind of hospitality is this?
Since 2017, there has been no repair or maintenance of the exhibits. Everything is in a sad state. 80% of the exhibits just stand there and don't work, you press a button... and nothing happens, and if it does, it's in a very battered state. It looks like they're trying to squeeze the last of the money out of this place.
It's a pity, the potential is huge. You can get a lot of useful, practical knowledge about physics.
There are not even employees who can advise on the exhibitions. But a photographer is running around, ready to take pictures of you, ostensibly for the sake of the "archive of the exhibition", in fact, to show an imitation of violent activity.

What is left of Expo-17, a beautiful building!
I really like The Shape of this building, as well as every solution inside. I take the guest to the house on the first day, immediately there. The main interesting thing in Astana is that it is there. "I don't know," he said. Provides very good service. The guard at the entrance, the cashiers at the door, the driver at the oifta, the wardrobe, in general, all the employees "endless thanks"!!!
