Disclaimer. It looks beautiful on the outside and inside. But for a third-party visitor, there is one solid fat minus. This is my personal value judgment. I didn't find anything good. One solid .....full ....achtung with parking , saves. A mile over the fence, but there's a long way to go to the entrance. Perhaps it is normal for tenants to park, but as a person, it is inconvenient to go in for small small business, on public transport, too, very much... There are no stops nearby (far away in Uruchye and the Metro).

Cons: the windows in offices open only in the corner offices - there is not enough supply ventilation and fresh air in the rest of the rooms. I always want to ventilate and open - but the windows are deaf.
The second significant disadvantage is elevators. It's just some kind of nightmare every morning when they go to work (from 8:30 to 9:30) and in the evening (from 17:00 to 18:00) - there are 8 elevators on the ground floor. The building has 22 floors and a basement parking. There are only 2 elevators to the parking lot from the left section. That is, you can only take 2 elevators from the garage during rush hour. The right 4 elevators run only from the 1st to the 7th floor. Floors 8 to 22 can only be reached by four elevators in the left section. An interesting quest?) and so it is every morning, for lunch from 13 to 14 and at the end of work. You can leave for 10-20 minutes)

I go to work in this office. It is convenient both by metro and by car (large Parking lots nearby). As a Minsk business center, this is certainly beyond praise. Nice modern business center. I drive a car, there is no dedicated space, I park in the general parking lot around the building, I have never experienced any problems with the availability of seats. In extreme cases, it is necessary to walk a little to the main entrance, but no further than to the nearest metro station, which is also present here within walking distance. Downstairs there is a dining room, two coffee shops. If you really want to diversify your lunches, you can go to the Pit stop in Korona, or take a ride to Dana Mall / Uruchye metro station. If you want to save money - through the BNTU canteen avenue with low prices for lunches. There is virtually nowhere to walk for lunch - on one side of the MKAD, on the second avenue, on the third cemetery. You can go in the fourth direction, to Vsekhsvyatskaya St.. Most likely you will walk along the same routes, there will be no diversity in this plan. There is an obvious problem with elevators. There are 8 of them in total, 4 serve floors 1-12 (right elevators), 4 serve floors 1, 6, 13-25 (left elevators). If you need to get to work on the right elevators, then you are lucky, there are no queues there in the mornings and evenings. However, if you are destined to take the left elevators and you arrive by 09:00, be ready to leave on the third or fourth elevator on average. In the evening, the situation is similar. The rest of the time, it is convenient, pleasant and fast to use the elevators (they ride smartly if without stops). There is a BNB Bank branch on the ground floor, the service is very fast, I have never noticed queues. If you like to go out to the store and buy yourself, conditionally, sweets for tea, then there will be problems with this. There is some assortment in coffee shops, but it is small. Chocolate bars can be bought at the construction Mile nearby, but everything else - please go to the Crown or to the Neighbors on Gintovta Street, the nearest pharmacies are there. Otherwise, a very cozy and beautiful business center, a spacious lobby on the ground floor, beautiful views from the upper floors. Everything is fresh, looks nice, is often cleaned. If you are destined to work here, you can smile rather than get upset, the place itself is not bad, albeit with its drawbacks.

A good business center with a climate control system, 6 elevators (it's a little inconvenient that some go on honest floors, and others on odd ones).
Inside there are 2 coffee shops, a bistro and a fitness center (all listed establishments operate in the medium+ price segment).
There is a parking lot and parking. A bank branch has recently been opened.
Among the disadvantages: remoteness from shops and pharmacies, view of the cemetery, there is no good approach to the business center from the subway (a metal staircase with spans is organized, under which it is better not to walk in wet weather)

The sign is there, but it points to a dark corridor with a sign saying "exit", at the end of the corridor there is a door on which the inscriptions from the hall are not visible. We decided to check with the guard where the bank is located, I note that it is as correct as possible and with "please". To which the guard replied that everything was written on the stand.
