There is no money or apartment in the yard in March 2024!

We booked an apartment in 2022 by paying 20%, the deadline was the 3rd quarter of 2023. at the time of the 2024 comment, the construction site is at the stage of driving piles, which are constantly lacking, given that they have their own concrete plant. they wrote for a refund of 20% according to their contract, they must return it within 60 days, but it has already been half a year. You come to the office with the question "when will you return it" and then the inadequate attitude on the part of the directors and managers begins, the feeling that you owe them money back. In short, they don't count for people! If there is something to choose from, it is better to choose another developer, your nerves and money are not worth this developer.
