I don't share the rave reviews.
There are delicious burgers and that's it.
The service is slow, the burgers were brought to us barely warm, they forgot to bring them on time.
They forgot to add tea leaves to tea with lemon, to the kettle itself.
I constantly had to ask for appliances, then a spoon for soup, then a spoon for tea.
The children's room is basically normal, but the animator/The babysitter does not participate in the entertainment of children at all.Or should they not entertain the children?There were only three children.

Expensive and tasteless. I ordered a rib eye on the bones, the waiter asked me what kind of roast I prefer, I replied that I wanted “medium". The steak was brought to me in medium rare, almost raw meat, to which the waiter said it was rare, but I asked for medium,“ I tell him. He replied that he would pass the remark on to the kitchen. The dialogue ended there. I hope the meat is of good quality and I won't catch anything. I ordered grilled vegetables, mashed potatoes, fresh carrots and bread for the steak - these dishes were ordinary, they are difficult to spoil, but nothing outstanding. The final bill is 400,000. I won't go anymore.

The administrators are attentive and helpful, which cannot be said about the ordinary staff: slow, inattentive, detached. No, it's not an impression, I've been there several times - I checked my internal compass, I'm not lying. The burgers are ordinary, a la "Minced meat" (if you know what I mean). Meat is cooked quickly and tasty. Salads look and taste good. There is a children's area and a children's menu, which is important for companies with children.

We visited this place the other day.. we ordered lamb seeds salad with eggplant and bonfile. And it was disgusting. The mutton smelled rotten, the eggplants were edible, bonfile beef was tasted and they did not risk it. Don't set foot there again.

I will write specifically about Gosht Kids.Of the advantages, only the children's menu is not particularly elaborate.The playground is paid. Half an hour-15 thousand, an hour-20 thousand. Although with an average check of 850.000, they could make it free.The girl working on the playground does not play much with children.During the 2.5 hours the children were there, she only sat everyone down once and let them draw.There were enough children for 15 minutes.
The service is generally slowing down.Orders are confused or forgotten.We have been waiting for orders and invoices for quite a long time.First, the food was brought to the adults, and then to the children.
And most importantly, there is no separate toilet for children, and even basic conditions for changing diapers, too. I would remove the prefix "kids".She's absolutely not needed here.

The steak salad is delicious, but too simple and the portion is quite small.
The hot dish deserves a separate comment. The roasting of the meat was not specified, the paste-like puree and three slices of tomato for decoration. I'm sorry, but for this price, something above the level is expected, not a canteen around the corner. Moreover, the institution positions itself as a super meat restaurant.
There are no strong claims to taste, but it would be more interesting to beat such classic positions.
The service is also not the best. They didn't ask if they liked it, they didn't specify the meat.
It seems that everyone recommends trying burgers, but there is no desire to return. If the classic and simple dish is unsuccessful, then it's better not to even try the rest.
I won't come in anymore and I won't recommend it to my friends.

They asked us to transfer us from the veranda inside. There were a lot of empty tables inside. They say that everything is reserved…At the same time, I explain that we will have a quick dinner and we will leave. No, the visitors should be here any minute. Well OK…And then another administrator comes up to me and offers to transfer 2 girls sitting next to us inside. No apologies, no explanations. It's not very professional. I work with clients myself, I never allow myself to do this. You're the face of the place. You are the first to meet customers. I won't set foot here again.

Pretentious, expensive, tasteless.
We ordered two burgers, a classic with cheese and rob roy.
I asked if it was possible to choose medium or medium well fried cutlets, the waiter listened intelligently, said "of course". But in the classic, they brought a cutlet with a thickness of 5 mm, dried to the state of the sole. You can buy the exact same one in their van, but it's twice as cheap. There, the quality is justified by the price, here it is not.
The second is Rob Roy. Burger with rib eye slices. The meat is also over-dried and CUMIN. Why put cumin in a burger or steak??? Plus, the bun is not cut in half, but made according to the type of shawarma in a loaf, the lid was cut off from above and the filling was thrown. But in an ordinary burger there is a lettuce leaf that does not let the bun go limp, there is none here and the bun turned into a sourdough in 2 minutes while the rest of the order was waiting.
A paid children's room, a defective children's room, the slide was closed. But we learned that it is paid only from the receipt. Even in the restaurant on the Gelendzhik embankment, the children's room is free. What's next, a paid toilet?
Well, of course, the service fee is 15%.

A strange assortment of drinks for a burger / meat restaurant, there is not even beer, this is a huge minus. They forgot to bring tea, I reminded them, but after the reminder they carried it for so long that I managed to finish everything and drink it from my husband's glass, I had to give up tea. Burgers are at the level of Moscow Minced meat, only much more expensive. Despite the delicious burgers, there are still more disadvantages.

Beautiful interior. A beautiful pitch. But the service is lagging behind. I was there once and I won't come back. Hot tea was brought to us in a beer GLASS after the 4th time we asked. We ordered a steak (the price is very high and does not correspond to what is written on the menu, be sure to specify before ordering), a burger that is no different from those in regular fast food, and caesar (the salad was delicious... there the chicken from the kebab was added.... The meat is cooked terribly, they ordered an American Ribeye medium (Top choice), brought an overcooked sole from sneakers, complained, took it away / brought it with an explanation that the piece is thin... 🤣😂👏 Hall, the furniture is on 4, it is clear that the place is not new. The staff is dressed in uniform and communicates politely.
Bottom line: the price / quality does not match today, this restaurant had its best days, but they have passed.
