A good hotel for its price. Good location, 10 minutes by taxi to the airport. The rooms are clean and spacious enough. Cleaning every day, changing towels on request. I really liked the breakfasts in the rooftop restaurant with live music (piano) and, in my opinion, an abundant selection of food. Every day there is chicken or meat, several side dishes to choose from, salad and vegetables, cheeses and sausages. A lot of fruits are delicious at the same time, which does not always happen in hotels. Coffee is made to order by a person, not just a coffee machine.
One of the disadvantages is high audibility both through the door and through the walls.

The average hotel, the rooms are average in condition, but due to the height of the ceilings and cleanliness, comfort is compensated, repairs in the bathroom are also average, the door in the shower did not close, breakfast is very varied, a lot of fruit, but the food seemed bland, I liked that the restaurant is on the roof, but I was in autumn and uncomfortable with an umbrella during the rain walk to the dining area from the elevator, Very good audibility, everything that happens in the corridor slams the doors of the elevator is very clearly audible, you can even hear what is happening in the next room

Nice hotel. The rooms are spacious. High ceilings. True, there are no balconies, but for that there is a gorgeous roof terrace with a wonderful restaurant. The beds are comfortable. The bed linen is excellent. The staff is very friendly. Among the minor shortcomings: it is necessary to replace the shower heads. Sometimes the smell of sewage appears in the bathroom.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights, as part of an excursion group.
The location from the airport is 15 minutes by bus.
The check-in was quick, the rooms were comfortable and clean.
The staff is pleasant, helpful and hospitable!
The breakfasts are delicious, hearty and varied.
At my request for an iron, it was brought to the room, which is very convenient.
I gave four stars due to the fact that the shower is broken in room 310, or rather the watering can, the water comes out of it very poorly and almost does not flow, pay attention to this and replace it.

We chose this hotel for a New Year's trip. Lovely rooms, helpful staff, Everything as described and shown. A separate respect for breakfast, although there was no live piano, as they say in the reviews, I think it's not the season. But the rooftop cafe itself, the furnishings, and the menu are gorgeous.

Everything is fine, clean, comfortable. There is a restaurant on the roof with an open veranda, the service is 20% automatic. Near the hotel there is a street with shops, cafes, restaurants, a 5-minute walk from the famous restaurant Caravan. But the staff let me down, they asked for an iron in the room late in the evening and decided to iron it in the morning.... at 5.30 in the morning there was a phone call and an insistent knock on the door demanding to return the iron. The hotel has 4 floors with rooms, would the world turn upside down if we returned the iron at 7 or 8 in the morning???

On the positive side, everything works, a fairly comfortable bed, warmth in the room (lived when it was 5-9 °C at night), hearty breakfasts, a quiet place.
From the improvement: there is no sound insulation, the place where breakfast takes place (minus the first floor) is cold, you need to come dressed. The double bed is made of two separate mattresses that move apart and a hole forms in the middle.

We came here to a restaurant. It's cold in the hall. The orders arrived first in half an hour, the lentil soup is not very tasty, the salad in an hour. The main course was served to us an hour and a half later, and everything was tasteless. Only the waiter served normally and the kitchen was one star.

The hotel has a restaurant on the 4th floor. The restaurant has the option not to pay now, but to send the bill to the room. Some non-conscious citizens may call your number. And when there are 2 hours left before the plane, you will have to prove to the hotel that it was not you who ate at the restaurant. My colleague and I faced this event. We lived in different rooms. Since I do not need these problems, I will choose another hotel next time. Fortunately, there are many of them, there is a Manifa hotel 200 meters away.

The hotel is loaded with visitors to the brim, the service is not bad, but there are flaws that do not have time to fake: in 314 rooms, the bathroom door does not close at all (swollen or sagged) in 214 rooms, water from the shower cabin spills all over the bathroom floor (seeps through the tiled curbs). The breakfast buffet is delicious and varied, the food is constantly served and very pleasant live music in the morning, you can eat on the outdoor roof terrace overlooking the city. It's very nice! In general, if you keep up with minor repairs in the rooms, there will be a solid top five!

Excellent quiet location of the hotel. Great service: bathrobes, towels, slippers, individual accessories. A cafe on the roof of the building with good breakfasts. Stable Wi-Fi coverage. In the lobby of the hotel there is a Capital Bank ATM that works with Mir cards. The staff warmly supported and fulfilled my preliminary request to prepare the room for check-in - to make a welcome inscription on the bed for my wife. I'm lowering my rating for the lack of sound insulation in the rooms.

I lived for 6 days in this hotel, I really liked the interior, it was beautiful and clean. I had a huge bed in my room. Towels and water were changed every day . The breakfasts are quite good) The view from the restaurant is gorgeous, because it is located on the roof. I ordered room service from the restaurant, excellent service. It always smells delicious in the corridors of the hotel. The only thing I advise you to warn at check-in about the tourist fee of 5 dollars per day, and not at check-out.

This is an ordinary place of catering, no design, no taste, neither in renovation nor in the setting. Supposedly, the highlight of the individual transparent booths also deserves only a three.
We were on March 8 and it seems like all the seats should be filled, but not. At best, 10 visitors.
We were refused 2 dishes, they said there were no ingredients (let me remind you the hall is empty and a holiday) what was served was made from semi-finished products and how nice it is in some establishments smeared on a plate.
We made an unequivocal decision that, unfortunately, we would not dare to repeat the trip to this institution
