We all understand that we have a shortage of staff, and these days there is a large influx of customers, we are all human, but shopping in this hypermarket is a challenge. You can even say a quest!!! Having selected the product in the showcase, it may not be in stock, or in the desired quantity. Immediately write "out of stock" to lead the sign. Why waste your time in the first place, because you can't find the staff anyway. You run around looking for it, you stand there waiting, and then there's no such thing. And now there's a new moment, you approach the manager, and he, of course, I'll find out what you're interested in. And that's it!!! An hour of waiting, he's gone. There was another moment, the manager was standing five meters away, I asked him to come over to help, and he looked at me and ran away with a quick step in the opposite direction. It turns out that now we need to catch up, persuade them to sell something.
Nothing has changed at the checkout, queues and confusion.

I made a variety of purchases in this hypermarket several times, and the picture was very ambiguous. The range of products is quite large — there is plenty to choose from. The atmosphere of the room is good: it is bright, beautiful, music is playing, announcements are being made for visitors. Information about the receipt of goods is published in the VK and Telegram communities. However, it was not without serious drawbacks. The most unpleasant thing is the attitude of the staff towards customers: in most cases, visitors are avoided, it is difficult to find out anything about the product, and even if they do manage to contact someone, they often respond reluctantly. Sometimes it even comes to scandals when the staff starts being rude to customers because of certain formalities they know (that's exactly what happened to me once). The cash register for bulky goods is terribly inconvenient — a real mockery with such a small space. Prices for many products are too high. The official website completely "lives" in a parallel universe and does not say anything about the actual availability of certain goods. In general, I can't help but recommend this hypermarket — in terms of the number and variety of products (especially when it comes to building materials), it has no analogues in the region, but be prepared for some annoying problems that you will have to put up with.

Probably the largest hypermarket in Donbass. You can buy almost everything: groceries, furniture, tools, building materials, household appliances, toys, clothes, wallpaper, etc. There is a cafe just off the main entrance. Self-service cash desks have also been recently installed. There is also a separate sports equipment department. There is a giant parking lot near the shopping center. I've always liked the galaxy. I advise you to visit.
